【摘要】：教學(xué)主張是卓越教師的品牌內(nèi)核,是中小學(xué)名優(yōu)教師走向卓越的關(guān)鍵和核心所在。探討中小學(xué)名優(yōu)教師教學(xué)主張的內(nèi)涵、特征與結(jié)構(gòu)要素,剖析教學(xué)主張對(duì)中小學(xué)名優(yōu)教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的價(jià)值,總結(jié)分析中小學(xué)名優(yōu)教師教學(xué)主張的形成與完善過(guò)程,指出中小學(xué)名優(yōu)教師教學(xué)主張凝練需要注意的若干問(wèn)題,以期對(duì)中小學(xué)名優(yōu)教師教學(xué)主張凝練有所助益。
[Abstract]:Teaching propositions are the brand core of excellent teachers and the key and core of the high-quality teachers in primary and secondary schools. This paper probes into the connotation, characteristics and structural elements of the teaching propositions of famous and excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools, analyzes the value of teaching opinions to the professional growth of famous and excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools, and summarizes and analyzes the forming and perfecting process of the teaching ideas of famous and excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools. This paper points out some problems that should be paid attention to in the teaching of famous and excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools, in order to be helpful to the teaching of famous and excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools.
