【摘要】：本文基于"投入"和"產(chǎn)出"兩個(gè)維度,構(gòu)建了生態(tài)移民技能培訓(xùn)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的績(jī)效評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,并從武陵山片區(qū)四個(gè)省市中隨機(jī)抽取了20個(gè)技能培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查,然后運(yùn)用DRF-DEA組合模型對(duì)樣本地區(qū)的生態(tài)移民技能培訓(xùn)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的績(jī)效進(jìn)行了評(píng)估。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前培訓(xùn)存在目標(biāo)定位不準(zhǔn)確、培訓(xùn)與實(shí)踐結(jié)合不緊密、服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的響應(yīng)速度較差、管理不規(guī)范等問題。為此建議:加強(qiáng)信息監(jiān)測(cè),及時(shí)掌握需求變化;堅(jiān)持市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)向,持續(xù)提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量;強(qiáng)化培訓(xùn)責(zé)任,構(gòu)建剛性保障體系;推進(jìn)多維協(xié)同,創(chuàng)新合力增效機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Based on the two dimensions of "input" and "output", this paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of ecological migration skills training service supply chain, and randomly selects 20 skills training institutions from four provinces and cities in Wuling Mountain region for field investigation. Then the DRF-DEA combination model is used to evaluate the performance of the ecological migration skill training service supply chain in the sample area. The response speed of service supply chain is poor, the management is not standardized and so on. Therefore, it is suggested to strengthen the information monitoring, grasp the change of demand in time, adhere to the market orientation, continuously improve the service quality, strengthen the training responsibility, and construct the rigid guarantee system. Promote multi-dimensional coordination, innovation and synergy mechanism.
