創(chuàng)業(yè)導向對加納小型酒店商業(yè)績效的影響研究

   創(chuàng)業(yè)導向是支撐商業(yè)績效的基礎之一,它有助于小型企業(yè)主拓展業(yè)務并實現(xiàn)業(yè)績。在全球酒店業(yè)務呈快速上升的趨勢下,小型中型酒店因其創(chuàng)業(yè)門檻較低而大量涌現(xiàn),并成為酒店業(yè)擴張的重要主導力量。早期關于酒店業(yè)的大部分研究文獻主要集中于大型酒店,近期以住宿加早餐為特點的小型酒店的研究逐步引起關注。特別是針對發(fā)展中國家基于創(chuàng)業(yè)導向的小型酒店發(fā)展的研究相對較少。此外,學者們忽視了關注提高小型酒店商業(yè)績效的外部和內部影響因素,之前關于創(chuàng)業(yè)導向和業(yè)務績效關系的研究結果參差不齊。因此,本研究針對加納小型酒店業(yè)的這一典型問題進行系統(tǒng)研究,以確定和檢驗那些可以提高商業(yè)績效的相關影響因素。本研究的目的是使用加納的小型酒店來檢驗商業(yè)導向對商業(yè)績效的影響。此外,還要確定行業(yè)力量和企業(yè)資源對企業(yè)家導向的影響,以影響小型酒店的經(jīng)營業(yè)績。本研究的重點是小型酒店的商業(yè)績效,以及行業(yè)力量和企業(yè)資源的適度性,因此在對與此相關的文獻綜述的基礎上構建本研究的概念框架。概念框架是通過模擬企業(yè)家導向結構和績效框架而構建。進一步,本研究采用問卷調查技術收集小型酒店的數(shù)據(jù)進行定量研究,運用分層抽樣方法獲得綜合樣本,使用總共396個完成的問卷測試概念模型,并使用結構方程模型通過多變量統(tǒng)計分析進行分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):路徑分析結果表明,創(chuàng)業(yè)導向與小型酒店的商業(yè)績效存在顯著正相關;創(chuàng)新、積極主動、競爭激進和冒險行為等變量和商業(yè)績效之間存在顯著的相關性。此外,在對模式進行測試時,發(fā)現(xiàn)工業(yè)力量和公司的績效與業(yè)務和業(yè)務績效之間的直接關系都是積極而重要的。然而,當這兩個變量(即企業(yè)家精神和工業(yè)力量)相互作用時,交互過程會以較低的負值影響業(yè)務績效。此外,當測試企業(yè)資源的交互路徑時,發(fā)現(xiàn)這種交互路徑是負面的,但是具有p值。比較模型的實證結果表明,創(chuàng)業(yè)導向對企業(yè)績效產(chǎn)生了積極而顯著的影響,同時也影響了行業(yè)力量和企業(yè)資源對創(chuàng)業(yè)導向和商業(yè)績效關系的調節(jié)作用。本文研究了創(chuàng)業(yè)導向及對商業(yè)績效的影響,其創(chuàng)新點主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾方面:首先,根據(jù)創(chuàng)業(yè)導向的主要特征,并充分考慮企業(yè)內部外環(huán)境,將行業(yè)力量、企業(yè)資源引入并拓展了創(chuàng)業(yè)導向促進商業(yè)績效的理論框架;第二,結合創(chuàng)業(yè)期的階段性特征,將客戶維系作為衡量創(chuàng)業(yè)導向的新變量,豐富了創(chuàng)業(yè)導向的衡量維度;第三,本文實證研究結論提出創(chuàng)業(yè)導向對商業(yè)績效的積極影響,同時也論證了產(chǎn)業(yè)力量、企業(yè)資源對創(chuàng)業(yè)導向和商業(yè)績效關系的調節(jié)作用,揭示了創(chuàng)業(yè)導向對商業(yè)績效的影響機理。該研究擴展了企業(yè)家導向和商業(yè)績效文獻,并為小型酒店的學術界和管理者提供了有用的建議。該研究建議酒店運營商和政策制定者都關注利用公司資源和行業(yè)力量來改善其業(yè)務績效。
