【摘要】：正胰管出血或其他原因出血致血液進(jìn)入胰管是罕見(jiàn)的上消化道出血,僅占上消化道出血的1/1 500[1]。常見(jiàn)病因有急、慢性胰腺炎、假性囊腫、假性動(dòng)脈瘤和胰腺腫瘤等。假性動(dòng)脈瘤破裂出血引起胰管出血的治療方式主要有經(jīng)導(dǎo)管動(dòng)脈栓塞(therapeutic arterial embolization,TAE)治療和外科手術(shù)。本文分析3例假性動(dòng)脈瘤破裂出血引起胰管出血的患者經(jīng)導(dǎo)管超選擇植入鋼圈栓塞治療的資料,以評(píng)價(jià)其療效。
[Abstract]:Hemorrhage of the positive pancreatic duct or other causes of bleeding into the pancreatic duct is a rare bleeding in the upper gastrointestinal tract, accounting for only 1 to 1 500 of the upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Common causes include acute, chronic pancreatitis, pseudocyst, pseudoaneurysm and pancreatic tumor. The treatment of pancreatic duct hemorrhage caused by ruptured pseudoaneurysm includes transcatheter arterial embolization (therapeutic arterial embolization,TAE) and surgery. The clinical data of 3 patients with pancreatic duct hemorrhage caused by ruptured pseudoaneurysm were analyzed in order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of transcatheter superselective embolization with steel ring implantation.
