【摘要】：目的:為再版《中國藥典》中"炮制通則"涉及炮制方法的名稱和定義的規(guī)范化提供參考。方法:對比《中藥炮制學》《北京市中藥飲片炮制規(guī)范》《神農(nóng)本草經(jīng)》《全國中藥材炮制規(guī)范》等書籍,對2015年版《中國藥典》(四部)"炮制通則"中部分炮制方法的名稱和定義問題進行分析,并提出建議。結果:《中國藥典》"炮制通則"部分項目定義有待規(guī)范,可操作性有待提高。如炙法及其項下酒炙、醋炙、鹽炙、蜜炙定義不準確;蒸法定義不準確;飲片項下的炮制方法名稱不統(tǒng)一;制霜法定義涵蓋范圍有偏差;輔料用量比例共性意義不大等。結論:《中國藥典》以"通則"的形式概括和定義所有中藥飲片的炮制方法,應兼顧通用性、準確性、寬泛性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide a reference for the standardization of the names and definitions of the processing methods in the reprint of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Methods: to compare and compare the Chinese herbal medicine processing standard of Beijing, Shennong Herbal Herbal Classic, the National Chinese Medicinal Materials processing Standard, and so on. This paper analyzes the names and definitions of some processing methods in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (four parts) of 2015 edition, and puts forward some suggestions. Results: the definition of some items in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (General principles of processing) needs to be standardized, and the maneuverability needs to be improved. For example, the definition of broiling, vinegar, salt and honey is not accurate; the definition of steaming is not accurate; the name of the processing method is not uniform; the definition of frost making has deviation; the proportion of the amount of excipients is not of common significance, and so on. Conclusion: the Chinese Pharmacopoeia generalizes and defines the processing methods of all traditional Chinese medicine pieces in the form of "General rules", which should take into account the generality, accuracy and generality.
