【摘要】：特種野豬養(yǎng)殖是近年來(lái)發(fā)展起來(lái)的豬肉新品類(lèi),野豬肉質(zhì)鮮嫩香醇、野味濃郁、瘦肉率高、脂肪含量低(僅為家豬的50%),營(yíng)養(yǎng)豐富,含有17種氨基酸和多種微量元素,不僅美味,而且健康,符合現(xiàn)代人的消費(fèi)趨勢(shì)。但是,在養(yǎng)殖過(guò)程中,尤其是對(duì)于缺乏社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生作為創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目來(lái)說(shuō),諸多的問(wèn)題亟待解決。本論文首先闡述了研究背景,表明了研究的目的和意義,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外創(chuàng)業(yè)和我國(guó)大學(xué)生農(nóng)業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)研究現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合創(chuàng)業(yè)者特種野豬養(yǎng)殖創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際運(yùn)作,確定了論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法,明確論文的研究路線。其次,從創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)意、創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)狀以及創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目未來(lái)規(guī)劃三個(gè)方面對(duì)特種野豬養(yǎng)殖項(xiàng)目做了詳細(xì)的介紹。從養(yǎng)殖模式、成本控制、財(cái)務(wù)分析、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策劃、戰(zhàn)略布局五個(gè)方面對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了分析。同時(shí)通過(guò)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)確定了特種養(yǎng)殖創(chuàng)業(yè)中會(huì)遇到的問(wèn)題。最后,通過(guò)對(duì)特種野豬養(yǎng)殖創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題的研究,提出針對(duì)性的對(duì)策與建議,以幫助大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者提高創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率。特種野豬養(yǎng)殖是特種農(nóng)業(yè)的一部分,也是我國(guó)發(fā)展特色農(nóng)業(yè)的一個(gè)重要的養(yǎng)殖項(xiàng)目。本文通過(guò)對(duì)特種野豬養(yǎng)殖項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)研究,給予那些在城市中茫然的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生和想在農(nóng)村發(fā)展的人們提供一個(gè)較為實(shí)用的范式。這對(duì)提高大學(xué)生就業(yè)率、帶動(dòng)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和保障普通大眾餐桌上的綠色肉食品方面具有特殊的社會(huì)意義。
[Abstract]:Special wild boar breeding is a new kind of pork developed in recent years. Wild boar has fresh and tender flavor, rich game, high lean meat rate, low fat content (only 50% of domestic pig), rich in nutrition, contains 17 kinds of amino acids and many kinds of trace elements, not only delicious, but also delicious. However, in the process of breeding, especially for college graduates who lack social experience, many problems need to be solved urgently. This paper first describes the research background. The purpose and significance of the research are indicated. On this basis, the present situation of the research on entrepreneurship at home and abroad and the agricultural entrepreneurship of college students in China is analyzed. Combining with the actual operation of the entrepreneurs' special wild boar breeding project, the research contents and research methods of the paper are determined. Secondly, this paper introduces the special wild boar breeding project in detail from three aspects: the creation of the venture, the status quo of the venture project and the future planning of the venture project, from the point of view of breeding mode, cost control, financial analysis, marketing planning, etc. At the same time, through the actual operation of the project to determine the problems encountered in the special breeding entrepreneurship. Finally, through the research on the problems existing in the process of special wild boar breeding, Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to help college student entrepreneurs to improve the success rate of starting a business. Special wild boar breeding is a part of special agriculture. It is also an important breeding project for developing characteristic agriculture in China. This paper studies the actual operation of special wild boar breeding project. Provide a more practical paradigm for college graduates who are at a loss in the city and those who want to develop in the countryside. It is of special social significance to promote the development of rural economy and ensure the green meat food on the common dining table.
