【摘要】：特種野豬養(yǎng)殖是近年來發(fā)展起來的豬肉新品類,野豬肉質(zhì)鮮嫩香醇、野味濃郁、瘦肉率高、脂肪含量低(僅為家豬的50%),營養(yǎng)豐富,含有17種氨基酸和多種微量元素,不僅美味,而且健康,符合現(xiàn)代人的消費趨勢。但是,在養(yǎng)殖過程中,尤其是對于缺乏社會經(jīng)驗的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生作為創(chuàng)業(yè)項目來說,諸多的問題亟待解決。本論文首先闡述了研究背景,表明了研究的目的和意義,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了國內(nèi)外創(chuàng)業(yè)和我國大學(xué)生農(nóng)業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)研究現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合創(chuàng)業(yè)者特種野豬養(yǎng)殖創(chuàng)業(yè)項目的實際運作,確定了論文的研究內(nèi)容、研究方法,明確論文的研究路線。其次,從創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)意、創(chuàng)業(yè)項目現(xiàn)狀以及創(chuàng)業(yè)項目未來規(guī)劃三個方面對特種野豬養(yǎng)殖項目做了詳細的介紹。從養(yǎng)殖模式、成本控制、財務(wù)分析、營銷策劃、戰(zhàn)略布局五個方面對創(chuàng)業(yè)項目進行了分析。同時通過項目的實際運營確定了特種養(yǎng)殖創(chuàng)業(yè)中會遇到的問題。最后,通過對特種野豬養(yǎng)殖創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中存在的問題的研究,提出針對性的對策與建議,以幫助大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者提高創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率。特種野豬養(yǎng)殖是特種農(nóng)業(yè)的一部分,也是我國發(fā)展特色農(nóng)業(yè)的一個重要的養(yǎng)殖項目。本文通過對特種野豬養(yǎng)殖項目的實際運營研究,給予那些在城市中茫然的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生和想在農(nóng)村發(fā)展的人們提供一個較為實用的范式。這對提高大學(xué)生就業(yè)率、帶動農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和保障普通大眾餐桌上的綠色肉食品方面具有特殊的社會意義。
[Abstract]:Special wild boar breeding is a new kind of pork developed in recent years. Wild boar has fresh and tender flavor, rich game, high lean meat rate, low fat content (only 50% of domestic pig), rich in nutrition, contains 17 kinds of amino acids and many kinds of trace elements, not only delicious, but also delicious. However, in the process of breeding, especially for college graduates who lack social experience, many problems need to be solved urgently. This paper first describes the research background. The purpose and significance of the research are indicated. On this basis, the present situation of the research on entrepreneurship at home and abroad and the agricultural entrepreneurship of college students in China is analyzed. Combining with the actual operation of the entrepreneurs' special wild boar breeding project, the research contents and research methods of the paper are determined. Secondly, this paper introduces the special wild boar breeding project in detail from three aspects: the creation of the venture, the status quo of the venture project and the future planning of the venture project, from the point of view of breeding mode, cost control, financial analysis, marketing planning, etc. At the same time, through the actual operation of the project to determine the problems encountered in the special breeding entrepreneurship. Finally, through the research on the problems existing in the process of special wild boar breeding, Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to help college student entrepreneurs to improve the success rate of starting a business. Special wild boar breeding is a part of special agriculture. It is also an important breeding project for developing characteristic agriculture in China. This paper studies the actual operation of special wild boar breeding project. Provide a more practical paradigm for college graduates who are at a loss in the city and those who want to develop in the countryside. It is of special social significance to promote the development of rural economy and ensure the green meat food on the common dining table.
