【摘要】：由于中韓兩國(guó)在經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易等領(lǐng)域合作的不斷加深，越來(lái)越多的韓國(guó)企業(yè)紛紛將眼光放到了廣大的中國(guó)市場(chǎng)，以求得更為廣闊的生存和發(fā)展空間。而在進(jìn)軍中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的韓國(guó)企業(yè)中，絕大多數(shù)為韓國(guó)的中小企業(yè)，但是企業(yè)漢語(yǔ)人才的缺乏成為其在中國(guó)謀求發(fā)展的巨大障礙。與實(shí)力雄厚的較大型且有能力斥資建立自己語(yǔ)言培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的韓國(guó)大企業(yè)不同，中小企業(yè)由于其人力、物力和財(cái)力上的不足，他們很難開(kāi)展系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)。因此，中小企業(yè)員工更多地通過(guò)自學(xué)來(lái)提高漢語(yǔ)水平和形成漢語(yǔ)能力，那么，對(duì)于漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)策略的研究也就顯得尤為重要了。 本文正是以韓國(guó)中小企業(yè)員工作為調(diào)查研究對(duì)象，對(duì)其漢語(yǔ)需求和學(xué)習(xí)策略的調(diào)查，了解其目前存在的問(wèn)題及原因，并針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出了解決建議，探討韓國(guó)中小企業(yè)員工的漢語(yǔ)需求和教與學(xué)的關(guān)系，為韓國(guó)中小企業(yè)員工的學(xué)習(xí)策略提供有益的補(bǔ)充。 本文共分四個(gè)部分： 第一部分：闡述選題背景及選題意義，在閱讀相關(guān)方面的期刊、論文、著作的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)研究成果進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié)，確立研究目標(biāo)，提出研究方案。 第二部分：通過(guò)對(duì)韓國(guó)中小企業(yè)員工的漢語(yǔ)需求情況的調(diào)查與分析，，從漢語(yǔ)需求和問(wèn)題分析兩方面著手，總結(jié)其存在的問(wèn)題及其原因。 第三部分：以韓國(guó)中小企業(yè)員工的漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)策略的調(diào)查結(jié)果為依據(jù)，總結(jié)員工在漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中對(duì)于學(xué)習(xí)策略使用的整體趨勢(shì)，深入分析其存在的問(wèn)題及其成因。 第四部分：針對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)策略中存在的問(wèn)題，對(duì)中小企業(yè)和中小企業(yè)員工兩個(gè)方面提出建議，提供使用學(xué)習(xí)策略的原則和方法。 論文的最后一部分為結(jié)語(yǔ)，對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)概括性論述，客觀分析本論文的研究成果，指出其不足之處，并明確了下一步進(jìn)行深入研究的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Due to the deepening cooperation between China and South Korea in such fields as economic and trade, more and more South Korean enterprises have put their eyes on the vast Chinese market in order to obtain a broader space for survival and development. The majority of Korean enterprises entering the Chinese market are small and medium-sized enterprises in South Korea, but the lack of Chinese talents in enterprises has become a huge obstacle to their development in China. Unlike the large Korean enterprises which are powerful and able to set up their own language training institutions, it is difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises to carry out systematic training because of their lack of manpower, material and financial resources. Therefore, small and medium-sized enterprise employees more through self-learning to improve the level of Chinese and to form Chinese ability, then, the study of Chinese learning strategies is particularly important. This paper takes the staff of Korean small and medium-sized enterprises as the object of investigation, investigates their Chinese needs and learning strategies, finds out the existing problems and causes, and puts forward some suggestions to solve these problems. This paper discusses the relationship between Chinese demand and teaching and learning of Korean small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), and provides a useful supplement to the learning strategies of Korean SMEs. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part: explain the background and significance of the topic, on the basis of reading related journals, papers, works, comb and summarize the research results, establish the research objectives. Put forward the research plan. The second part: through the investigation and analysis of the Chinese demand of Korean small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper summarizes the existing problems and the reasons from the two aspects of Chinese demand and problem analysis. The third part: based on the survey results of Chinese learning strategies of Korean small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper summarizes the overall trend of staff's use of learning strategies in the process of learning Chinese, and analyzes the existing problems and their causes. The fourth part: aiming at the problems existing in learning strategies, the author puts forward some suggestions to small and medium-sized enterprises and their employees, and provides the principles and methods of using learning strategies. The last part of the paper is the conclusion, which summarizes the whole paper, analyzes the research results objectively, points out its shortcomings, and clarifies the goal of further research.
