【摘要】：在功利主義和物質(zhì)文化的驅(qū)使下,當(dāng)前我國高職學(xué)院大多極力強化對學(xué)生進(jìn)行謀職教育而忽視人文教育,致使很多高職學(xué)生片面發(fā)展成只懂專業(yè)技術(shù)、缺少人文素質(zhì)的“技術(shù)人”和“空心人”。人文教育和人文關(guān)懷的缺失與人文精神和人文文化的衰微已成為一種普遍現(xiàn)象。如何既培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的職業(yè)能力,又提升其文化素質(zhì)；既弘揚中華民族的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化,又傳承現(xiàn)代文明,如何在職業(yè)教育與素質(zhì)教育中找到契合點已成為許多有識之士的關(guān)注焦點。正是基于以上認(rèn)識,高職學(xué)生的語文素養(yǎng),是對職業(yè)教育的一種重要補充和補全。 語文知識、語文能力、語文人文素養(yǎng)是構(gòu)成語文素養(yǎng)的三個重要維度,通過對三者的調(diào)查和分析,把握高職學(xué)生語文素養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上找到問題,并尋索解決的方案�？傮w而言,高職學(xué)生存在語文知識薄弱、語文能力一般、語文人文素養(yǎng)較低的局面。針對于此,本文提出了提升高職學(xué)生語文素養(yǎng)的方案,即一方面對高職語文教師的人格、知識、理念提出了要求,另一方面,在具體的教學(xué)過程中,具體勾畫了課內(nèi)提升和課外提升的途徑。 語文素養(yǎng)作為人文素質(zhì)的一個重要方面,涉及到人的審美情趣、思想情感、個性品格、品德修養(yǎng)、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、語言積累、思維品質(zhì)等品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)。究其根本,是個體成長及其重要的人格和知識面向,是人的全面發(fā)展的重要保證,是為社會輸送合格人才的重要前提。
[Abstract]:Driven by utilitarianism and material culture, most of the vocational colleges in our country are trying to strengthen the education of seeking jobs for students while neglecting humanistic education, which leads to the one-sided development of many vocational college students who know only professional technology. Lack of humanistic quality of the "technical person" and "hollow man". The lack of humanistic education and humanistic care and the decline of humanistic spirit and culture have become a common phenomenon. How to not only cultivate students' professional ability but also improve their cultural quality, carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and inherit the modern civilization, How to find a common point between vocational education and quality education has become the focus of many people of insight. It is based on the above understanding that higher vocational students' Chinese literacy is an important supplement and complement to vocational education. Chinese knowledge, Chinese ability and Chinese humanistic literacy are the three important dimensions of Chinese literacy. Through the investigation and analysis of the three dimensions, we can grasp the present situation of Chinese literacy of higher vocational students, and then find out the problems and find solutions. In general, higher vocational students have weak Chinese knowledge, general Chinese ability and low Chinese humanistic literacy. In view of this, this paper puts forward the plan of improving the Chinese quality of higher vocational students, that is, on the one hand, it puts forward the requirements for the personality, knowledge and concept of Chinese teachers in higher vocational education, on the other hand, in the specific teaching process, The specific outline of the promotion and extracurricular promotion of the way. As an important aspect of humanistic quality, Chinese accomplishment involves the cultivation of aesthetic taste, thought and emotion, personality character, moral accomplishment, study habit, language accumulation, thinking quality and so on. In essence, it is an important personality and knowledge orientation for individual growth, an important guarantee for the all-round development of human beings, and an important prerequisite for the transportation of qualified talents for the society.
