論文研究林海音的京味小說(shuō)《城南舊事》中京味語(yǔ)言的英譯,旨在探究該小說(shuō)英譯本對(duì)原作中京味語(yǔ)言的再現(xiàn)。作為經(jīng)典的京味文學(xué)作品,《城南舊事》用地道的京味語(yǔ)言講述作者兒時(shí)在北京生活的故事,描繪了上世紀(jì)二三十年代北京城南的風(fēng)土人情。小說(shuō)英譯本由殷張?zhí)m熙和齊邦媛合作完成,譯者在基于自身對(duì)原作理解的基礎(chǔ)上,試圖傳達(dá)原作的內(nèi)容與風(fēng)格。歸化與異化是文學(xué)翻譯中常用的翻譯理論,論文主要運(yùn)用該理論探究小說(shuō)英譯本的翻譯問題。論文重點(diǎn)對(duì)《城南舊事》英譯本中的典型翻譯示例進(jìn)行文本分析。通過運(yùn)用歸化與異化理論,論文從京味語(yǔ)言的口語(yǔ)表達(dá)、修辭手法、城市描寫三個(gè)方面展開細(xì)致分析,來(lái)探討原作中京味語(yǔ)言在英譯本中的再現(xiàn)效果�；谘芯糠治�,論文最后得出《城南舊事》英譯本主要采用異化策略,同時(shí)也有運(yùn)用歸化策略。通過這兩種翻譯策略的應(yīng)用,小說(shuō)英譯本中部分京味語(yǔ)言得以再現(xiàn),有些則沒能再現(xiàn)。在翻譯用京味語(yǔ)言描寫的文學(xué)作品時(shí),譯者應(yīng)根據(jù)具體情況合理采用歸化與異化策略,從而再現(xiàn)原文內(nèi)容與風(fēng)格,促進(jìn)中國(guó)文學(xué)走出去。
