　　本次翻譯項目是對美國華裔作家李翊云的兩篇短篇小說“A Flawless Silence”(“完美的沉默”)和“A Small Flame”(“小小火焰”)進行全文漢譯。前一篇小說講述了移民美國的家庭主婦敏為了回避年輕時相親對象的父親時不時的郵件騷擾,一直保持著沉默的故事。反映了性騷擾對于受害者生活軌跡產(chǎn)生的影響。后一篇小說描寫的是華裔女律師貝拉回到中國,尋找她的過去——揭示了被收養(yǎng)孤兒在成長的過程中對命運無常的感慨。李翊云的作品主題以孤獨和隔絕為主,關(guān)注普通人的特殊生活經(jīng)歷,關(guān)注社會現(xiàn)實和人的內(nèi)心,具有翻譯價值。翻譯實踐的意義在于:1.有利于作家作品的推介;2.有利于提升目標讀者對于小說中提及的特殊群體和華裔人群思想情感、生活狀態(tài)的認識;3.有利于提升譯者的翻譯實踐能力和文學感悟力。在尤金·奈達“功能對等”理論的指導下,譯者采用了詞性轉(zhuǎn)換、省詞法、正反譯法等翻譯技巧,從意義、文體和文化三個層面來解決翻譯過程中遇到的難點。此篇翻譯實踐報告共分為六章。第一章為翻譯實踐介紹,簡述翻譯項目的背景信息及意義。第二章為原文本介紹,包括對原文作者的介紹和對原文本的解析。第三章為翻譯理論,簡要解釋說明...
