談漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際傳播與推廣的早期發(fā)展歷史

【摘要】:改革開(kāi)放三十多年來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和國(guó)際地位得到迅速發(fā)展與提升,與之而來(lái)的是漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的熱情在世界范圍內(nèi)持續(xù)升溫,“漢語(yǔ)熱”已悄然形成。近些年來(lái),國(guó)外學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)的人數(shù)迅速增長(zhǎng)。在亞洲如日韓等傳統(tǒng)上受漢文化影響較深的國(guó)家,越來(lái)越多的大學(xué)生將漢語(yǔ)作為第二外語(yǔ)的首選,掌握并精通漢語(yǔ)已經(jīng)成為促進(jìn)未來(lái)事業(yè)發(fā)展的必要條件。在東南亞各國(guó),漢語(yǔ)也逐漸成為該區(qū)域重要的商業(yè)貿(mào)易語(yǔ)言。同時(shí)在西方歐美國(guó)家,每年學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)新增人數(shù)的比率保持在40%左右。根據(jù)國(guó)家漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際推廣領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,目前在全世界大約一百多個(gè)國(guó)家的三千余所大學(xué)里開(kāi)設(shè)有漢語(yǔ)課程,海外學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)的人數(shù)已超過(guò)四千萬(wàn)人。語(yǔ)言是文化的物質(zhì)載體,隨著一國(guó)語(yǔ)言的廣泛推廣與傳播,其代表的國(guó)家軟實(shí)力和國(guó)際話語(yǔ)權(quán)的影響也就越來(lái)越深遠(yuǎn)。我國(guó)漢語(yǔ)言對(duì)外傳播的歷史悠久,在對(duì)外傳播與推廣的每一階段呈現(xiàn)出不同的特點(diǎn)。在漢語(yǔ)推廣事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展的今天,我們有必要對(duì)過(guò)往的歷史進(jìn)行梳理,以期在未來(lái)取得更好的成績(jī)、做出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。本文將以國(guó)別為橫軸,以時(shí)間為縱軸進(jìn)行展開(kāi),介紹漢語(yǔ)的傳播與推廣情況。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, China's economy and international status have been rapidly developed and promoted, with which the enthusiasm for learning Chinese continues to heat up all over the world, and the "Chinese craze" has quietly formed. In recent years, the number of foreign students learning Chinese has increased rapidly. In Asian countries, such as Japan and South Korea, which have traditionally been deeply influenced by Chinese culture, more and more college students choose Chinese as a second foreign language. Mastering and mastering Chinese has become a necessary condition to promote the development of future career. In Southeast Asian countries, Chinese has gradually become an important language of business and trade in the region. At the same time, in the Western European and American countries, the percentage of new students learning Chinese each year remains around 40%. According to the statistics of the Office of the National leading Group for the International Promotion of Chinese, there are now more than 3, 000 Chinese courses offered in more than 3, 000 universities in more than 100 countries around the world, and the number of overseas students studying Chinese has exceeded 40 million. Language is the material carrier of culture. With the wide spread and spread of a country's language, the influence of its national soft power and international discourse power becomes more and more far-reaching. Chinese language communication has a long history in China, showing different characteristics in each stage of external communication and promotion. With the vigorous development of Chinese promotion today, it is necessary for us to comb the past history in order to make better achievements and make greater contributions in the future. This paper will introduce the spread and popularization of Chinese by using country as the horizontal axis and time as the vertical axis.
