【摘要】：在異文化交際中人際沖突無法避免狀況下,沖突當事人是如何解決沖突這一課題顯得非常重要。因此,本研究針對6名在華日企中長期工作的中國管理者,用半結構訪談法,就他們在日本人上司起沖突時使用了怎樣的解決方略做了調查。調查結果表明：(1)中國人管理職在解決沖突時使用了7種策略。7種策略分別為“回避”,“遷就”,“競爭”,“協(xié)調”“妥協(xié)”“在其他場合表明意見”“第三者介入”,其中“選擇其他場合表明意見”和“第三者介入”是新觀察到的策略；(2)策略的使用分為單獨使用和連鎖使用,連鎖使用是新觀察到的使用方式；(3)單獨使用中,多偏向“遷就”和“競爭”,協(xié)調策略是最少使用的。常常被認為消極對應的“回避”“遷就”策略的使用大多伴隨著想法的轉變,并非單純的消極使用。連鎖使用中,可以觀察到“回避／遷就+競爭”,“競爭+遷就”兩種類型。通過連鎖使用可看出中國人管理職一方面喜歡通過“競爭”方略使用來表達自己的意見,一方面又因顧慮上司的地位和權力而不發(fā)表自己的意見。本研究中的沖突事例可以運用到商務日語中,通過“事例活動”讓日語學習者知道實際日語應用中會碰到的問題,并培養(yǎng)他們的分析問題和解決問題的能力。
[Abstract]:Under the situation that interpersonal conflict cannot be avoided in intercultural communication, it is very important for the conflict parties to resolve the conflict.Therefore, in this study, six Chinese managers who have been working in Chinese and Japanese enterprises for a long time have made a survey on how they solve the conflict between Japanese and Japanese bosses by using the method of semi-structured interviews.The results of the survey show that the management positions of the Chinese people use seven strategies and seven strategies in resolving conflicts: "avoidance", "accommodation", "competition", "coordination", "compromise" and "third party intervention" in other occasions.Among them, "choosing other occasions to express opinions" and "third party intervention" are the newly observed strategies. The use of the strategy can be divided into separate use and chain use, and chain use is the newly observed mode of use.More favor "accommodation" and "competition", coordination strategy is the least used.The use of "evasive" and "accommodating" strategies, which are often regarded as negative correspondence, is accompanied by a change of ideas, rather than a mere negative use.In chain use, two types of "avoidance / accommodation" and "competitive accommodation" can be observed.Through chain use, it can be seen that Chinese managers like to express their opinions through "competition" on the one hand, and do not express their opinions on the other hand because they are concerned about the position and power of their superiors.The conflict cases in this study can be applied to business Japanese. Through "case activities", Japanese learners can be informed of the problems encountered in the practical application of Japanese, and their ability to analyze and solve problems can be cultivated.
