【摘要】：本文以清末新政背景下吉林地區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育為內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究。按現(xiàn)行教育分類方式針對(duì)初、中等教育中所設(shè)立的小學(xué)堂、中學(xué)堂為研究對(duì)象,還原新式教育中基礎(chǔ)教育從無到有,從開創(chuàng)到發(fā)展的全過程,從國(guó)家、省級(jí)、府廳州縣三個(gè)層面探究各級(jí)各類教育行政機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)吉林地區(qū)教育普及的推動(dòng)情況,并將吉林地區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展置于全國(guó)范圍內(nèi),考察得失,作以評(píng)價(jià)。本文主要包括四個(gè)部分,第一部分是本文的緒論,從新政產(chǎn)生的歷史背景,新政之中教育改革前后變化,導(dǎo)出教育改革之中,吉林地區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育的設(shè)立、發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。第二部分介紹吉林地區(qū)各級(jí)教育行政機(jī)構(gòu)創(chuàng)立、內(nèi)設(shè)機(jī)構(gòu)、人員組成及各自職能。第三、四部分分別介紹初等、中等教育內(nèi)容,包括生源狀況、課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)預(yù)期、考核評(píng)價(jià)。第五部分作為結(jié)束語,總結(jié)了新政后吉林地區(qū)在基礎(chǔ)教育中取得的成果,并將吉林地區(qū)的基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展情況與內(nèi)陸地區(qū)比較,從中看出吉林地區(qū)發(fā)展中的不足。在政策層面上與本地區(qū)新政推行前后進(jìn)行對(duì)比,并對(duì)日俄戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)前、后吉林地區(qū)教育傾向性進(jìn)行對(duì)比,分析得失。
[Abstract]:This article takes the Jilin area basic education as the content under the late Qing Dynasty new policy background carries on the research. According to the current classification of education, aimed at the primary and secondary schools set up in primary and secondary education as the object of study, to restore the whole process of basic education from scratch to existence in the new type of education, from the creation to the development, from the country, the provincial level, This paper probes into the promotion of the popularization of education in Jilin area by various educational administrative organizations at all levels and puts the development of basic education in Jilin area within the national scope to investigate the gains and losses and make an evaluation of the gains and losses in the three levels of government departments in the prefectures and counties. This paper mainly consists of four parts, the first part is the introduction of this paper, from the historical background of the New deal, the changes before and after the educational reform in the New deal, leading to the educational reform, the establishment of basic education in Jilin Province, the development of basic education. The second part introduces the establishment, internal structure, personnel composition and their respective functions of educational administrative institutions at all levels in Jilin area. The third and fourth parts respectively introduce the contents of primary and secondary education, including the source of students, curriculum, teaching methods, teaching expectations, assessment and evaluation. The fifth part summarizes the achievements of the basic education in Jilin area after the new policy, and compares the development of basic education in Jilin area with the inland area, and finds out the deficiency in the development of Jilin area. At the policy level, it is compared with that before and after the implementation of the new policy in this region, and the educational tendency of Jilin area before and after the Japanese-Russian war is compared, and the gains and losses are analyzed.
