　　在這個全球化的時代,多元文化受到了廣泛關注。文化多元性地增長已極大地影響了全世界的許多方面。隨著時間的推移,中國與巴基斯坦的關系更密切,兩國關系日益突出。兩國已經發(fā)起了不同的計劃和項目,以求發(fā)展和增長。該研究旨在研究參與eLTE項目的巴基斯坦和中國員工之間的跨文化交流管理。本研究使用的是定性數(shù)據(jù),收集了一定量的第一手和第二手來源的數(shù)據(jù)。本研究利用訪談來收集了相關數(shù)據(jù),并使用了文章和期刊等提供的二手數(shù)據(jù)和信息。通過對數(shù)據(jù)的分析,證明了跨文化項目中的確存在溝通障礙。語言上的差異、思維方式、信息共享方式、話中有話以及通過身體語言表達用意的差異對文化交流造成了障礙。本研究結果清楚表明策略的制定和整合可以幫助克服這些溝通障礙。本研究建議管理層必須為員工提供學習和培訓的機會,這項策略可以幫助員工們進一步理解多元文化。員工們對于多元文化深入的理解可以幫助建立信心并且使員工們更容易接受多元文化。項目的成功取決于員工之間的溝通與協(xié)調。因此,通過整合正確、合適的策略以及方法來減少溝通障礙對項目成功起到關鍵作用。
