【摘要】：以往研究表明女性生理周期的荷爾蒙水平變化會影響女性的情緒、認(rèn)知和社會行為等。大多數(shù)女性在黃體期會有焦慮、易怒、抑郁、煩躁不安等更多的消極情緒;而在排卵期會體驗愉快、高興等積極情緒。女性生理周期是指女性子宮內(nèi)膜的周期性脫落和出血現(xiàn)象,女性處在不同的生理周期時體內(nèi)的生理激素是不一樣的,其中在月經(jīng)期女性體內(nèi)的黃體酮和雌二醇都處于最低水平,在排卵期女性的雌二醇的水平在不斷上升,而黃體酮的水平仍處于較低水平,在黃體期早、中期,黃體酮處于最高水平,而雌二醇都處于中等水平;在黃體后期,黃體酮和雌二醇都處于較低水平。自我是指個體對自己存在的覺察,即自己認(rèn)識自己的一切;也有研究者認(rèn)為自我包含自我概念、自尊以及自我控制三個方面。生理周期與女性自我息息相關(guān),研究生理周期與自我之間的關(guān)系意義重大。本文從生理周期與自我的角度出發(fā),探討不同生理周期對女大學(xué)生的自我概念、自尊以及自我控制的影響。研究一表明,不同生理周期的女大學(xué)生在自我概念上差異不顯著。研究二表明,不同生理周期的女大學(xué)生在自尊上差異不顯著。研究三表明不同生理周期的女大學(xué)生在自我控制上差異顯著,具體表現(xiàn)為月經(jīng)期女大學(xué)生在認(rèn)知抑制能力上要顯著低于其他生理周期女大學(xué)生;排卵期女大學(xué)生在行為抑制能力上要顯著高于黃體期女大學(xué)生;以及排卵期女大學(xué)生在延遲折扣能力上要顯著高于黃體期女大學(xué)生。
[Abstract]:Previous studies have shown that hormonal changes in women's physiological cycles affect women's mood, cognition and social behavior. Most women experience more negative emotions during luteal phase, such as anxiety, irritability, depression, agitation, and positive emotions such as pleasure and joy during ovulation. The female physiological cycle refers to the phenomenon of periodic exfoliation and bleeding of the female endometrium. The physiological hormones in the female body are different when they are in different physiological cycles, and both progesterone and estradiol are at the lowest level in the menstrual period of the woman. The level of estradiol in women during ovulation is rising, while the level of progesterone is still low. In the early and middle luteal period, progesterone is at the highest level, while estradiol is at the medium level; in the late luteal period, the level of progesterone is at the highest level, while the level of estradiol is at the middle level. Both progesterone and estradiol were at low levels. Ego refers to the awareness of one's existence, that is to say, one knows everything about oneself, and some researchers think that self-concept, self-esteem and self-control are three aspects of self-concept. Physiological cycle is closely related to female self. It is important to study the relationship between physiological cycle and self. From the perspective of physiological cycle and self, this paper discusses the effects of different physiological cycles on female college students' self-concept, self-esteem and self-control. The first study shows that there is no significant difference in self-concept among female college students with different physiological cycles. Study 2 shows that there is no significant difference in self-esteem among female college students with different physiological cycles. The third study shows that female college students with different physiological cycles have significant differences in self-control, which shows that the cognitive inhibition ability of female college students in menstrual period is significantly lower than that of female college students in other physiological cycles. The behavioral inhibition ability of female college students in ovulatory period was significantly higher than that in luteal phase, and the delayed discount ability of female college students in ovulatory period was significantly higher than that in luteal period.
