大學新生孤獨感現(xiàn)狀及巴林特小組對其孤獨感的作用

【摘要】:目的:調查蕪湖市某高校大學新生孤獨感現(xiàn)狀,研究巴林特小組對于大學新生孤獨感水平的改善效果,為探索巴林特小組在其他領域的應用提供依據(jù)。方法:采用方便整群隨機抽樣的方法,運用UCLA孤獨感量表調查了600名大學新生孤獨感現(xiàn)狀。篩選了孤獨感量表分數(shù)28分的32名大學新生,經知情同意后其中16人入實驗組,16人入對照組。實驗組開展十次活動巴林特小組團體輔導,對照組開展十次定期交流聚會,并測量實驗組與對照組干預前后的結果。結果:大學新生孤獨感水平的調查研究結果顯示,孤獨感水平較高的學生占調查人數(shù)的35.50%,孤獨感水平一般的占調查人數(shù)的56.83%,孤獨感水平低或沒有孤獨感的學生占調查人數(shù)的7.67%。經過兩獨立樣本t檢驗及單因素方差分析各人口學資料對于孤獨感水平高低的影響后得出:在單親(P=0.024)與母親受教育程度(P=0.032)兩個變量上,大學新生孤獨感水平差異有統(tǒng)計學意義,其余差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義。巴林特小組干預前,對照組和實驗組的各量表分數(shù)差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義。實驗組經過巴林特小組干預后,以下幾個量表前后測得分差異有統(tǒng)計學意義:1.孤獨感量表,前測48.06±2.31,后測44.56±2.47,P=0.019;2.安全感量表的人際安全感因子得分,前測25.50±1.10,后測27.50±1.13,P=0.009;3.人際信任量表,前測77.94±2.26,后測79.67±2.12,P=0.027;4.社交回避及苦惱量表的回苦惱分量表得分,前測20.28±0.86,后測21.50±0.05,P=0.033;社交回避及苦惱量表總分,前測41.33±1.45,后測43.11±1.43,P=0.043。結論:1.百分之九十的大學新生中普遍存在孤獨感,其中部分大學新生的孤獨感水平較高;2.單親與母親受教育程度是影響孤獨感水平的重要的人口學因素;3.巴林特小組活動可以有效改善大學新生孤獨感水平;4.巴林特小組活動能夠有效提高大學新生安全感、人際信任感,改善其社交回避狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the current situation of loneliness of freshmen in a university in Wuhu city, and to study the effect of Balint group on the improvement of college freshmen's loneliness level, so as to provide the basis for exploring the application of Balint group in other fields. Methods: 600 freshmen were investigated with UCLA loneliness scale by using the convenient cluster random sampling method. Thirty-two freshmen with 28 scores of loneliness scale were selected and 16 of them were enrolled in the experimental group and 16 in the control group after informed consent. The experimental group conducted 10 Balint group counseling activities, the control group conducted 10 regular communication meetings, and the results before and after intervention between the experimental group and the control group were measured. Results: the results of the investigation on the loneliness level of freshmen showed that the students with higher loneliness level accounted for 35.50 percent of the survey population, the average loneliness level accounted for 56.833 percent of the survey population, and the students with low or no loneliness level accounted for 7.67 percent of the survey population. After t test of two independent samples and the effect of demographic data of univariate ANOVA on loneliness level, it was concluded that there was significant difference in loneliness level between single parent (P0. 024) and maternal education (P0. 032). The other differences were not statistically significant. Before Balint intervention, there was no significant difference in scores between the control group and the experimental group. After the intervention of Balint group, there were significant differences in the scores of the following scales before and after the intervention: 1: 1 in the experimental group. The loneliness scale was 48.06 鹵2.31 before and 44.56 鹵2.47 P0.019 / 2 respectively. The scores of interpersonal security factor in the scale were 25.50 鹵1.10 before and 27.50 鹵1.13 P0. 009 respectively. Interpersonal trust scale, 77.94 鹵2.26, 79.67 鹵2.12, 0.027, 4respectively. The scores of social avoidance and distress scale were 20.28 鹵0.86, 21.50 鹵0.05, 41.33 鹵1.45 and 43.11 鹵1.43 respectively. Conclusion 1. Loneliness is prevalent in 90% of the freshmen, some of whom have higher levels of loneliness. The educational level of single parent and mother is an important demographic factor affecting loneliness level. Balint group activities can effectively improve college freshmen's loneliness level. Balint group activities can improve college freshmen's sense of security, interpersonal trust and social avoidance.
