【摘要】：目的1.了解廣西南丹少數民族地區(qū)白褲瑤、壯族和漢族人群心理應激相關血清5-羥色胺(5-HT)、c-fos蛋白水平和神經肽S受體1(NPSR1)的含量水平。2.了解廣西南丹地區(qū)三個民族的心理應激水平及相關因素對血清水平的影響,并在此基礎上探索研究對象慢性心理應激作用下心理和生理的關系。方法1.采用分層隨機整群抽樣法,在廣西南丹白褲瑤族聚居地里湖鄉(xiāng)、八圩鄉(xiāng)抽取131名白褲瑤族,同時抽取附近村落的111名漢族和124名壯族作為對照,共366名不同民族的村民作為調查對象。2.采用自編一般人口學資料調查問卷、簡化癥狀自評量表、生活事件量表(LES)、簡易應對方式量表和社會支持評定量表(SSRS)對研究對象進行問卷調查。3.采集被調查者空腹靜脈血,采用酶聯免疫吸附測定(ELISA)檢測血清中5-羥色胺(5-HT)、c-fos蛋白和神經肽S受體1(NPSR1)的含量。利用SPSS 21.0進行統(tǒng)計分析。應用t檢驗、卡方檢驗和方差分析進行慢性心理應激及其影響因素與細胞應激水平之間的關聯性分析。應用多元線性回歸模型分析慢性心理應激對相關血清指標等因素的影響。應用層次回歸模型來分析目標影響因素對慢性心理應激的調節(jié)效應。結果1.研究對象慢性心理應激的情況:本次調查對象的樣本les總分25.23±29.56,陽性率43.99%;心理癥狀總分42.43±12.26,總體陽性率12.73%;應對總分40.46±11.51,積極應對25.62±8.79,消極應對14.83±4.35;社會支持總分27.76±6.20,主觀支持12.67±3.32,客觀支持8.23±2.64,支持利用度6.86±2.39;三民族在焦慮因子和積極應對上存在差異(f=3.475~5.506,p0.05)。2.研究對象的血清指標水平:本次研究對象血清c-fos蛋白水平(223.34±31.47)pg/ml;5-ht水平(281.57±18.15)pg/ml;npsr1水平(182.65±13.48)pg/ml。3.應激相關血清生理學指標與其他影響因素之間的關系研究:血清c-fos蛋白水平在不同生活事件和抑郁水平上差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=1.974~3.489,p0.05);血清5-ht水平在不同性別、生活事件、社會支持、消極應對和應激性情緒反應水平上差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=2.005~10.997,p0.05);血清npsr1水平在不同家庭人均收入、生活事件、消極應對和抑郁水平上差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t或f=2.017~5.522,p0.05)。多元回歸分析顯示,消極應對、血清5-ht水平為廣西南丹少數民族地區(qū)慢性心理應激水平的影響因素(β=0.599,-1.537;p0.05)。4.研究因素的交互分析:慢性心理應激心理、生理相關因素的交互分析顯示,消極應對和5-ht對生活事件總分作用于心理健康具有顯著的調節(jié)作用(r2=0.512~0.701,p0.05)。結論1.慢性心理應激水平可導致應激相關血清指標水平的不同。2.應激相關血清指標水平受民族、性別、家庭收入、應激性情緒反應、消極應對和生活事件水平等因素的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective 1. To investigate the level of 5-HT c-fos protein and the level of neuropeptide S receptor 1 (NPSR1) in the psychological stress related to psychological stress of Baikouyao, Zhuang and Han nationality in Nandan minority area of Guangxi. To understand the level of psychological stress and the influence of related factors on serum level of three nationalities in Nandan, Guangxi, and to explore the relationship between psychology and physiology under chronic psychological stress. Method 1. Using stratified random cluster sampling method, 131 Bai Kuyao people were collected from Lihu Township, Bawei Township, Nandan County, Guangxi, and 111 Han nationality and 124 Zhuang nationality from nearby villages were selected as control. A total of 366 villagers from different nationalities were investigated. The self-designed questionnaire of general demographic data, simplified symptom Checklist, Life events scale (les), simple coping style scale and Social support rating scale (SSRS) were used to investigate the subjects. Fasting venous blood was collected and the levels of serotonin (5-HT) c-fos protein and neuropeptide S receptor 1 (NPSR1) in serum were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical analysis. T test, chi-square test and variance analysis were used to analyze the relationship between chronic psychological stress and its influencing factors. Multivariate linear regression model was used to analyze the influence of chronic psychological stress on serum indexes. A hierarchical regression model was used to analyze the regulatory effects of target influencing factors on chronic psychological stress. Result 1. Subjects' chronic psychological stress: the total score of les was 25.23 鹵29.56, the positive rate was 43.99; the total score of psychological symptoms was 42.43 鹵12.26, the total positive rate was 12.73; the total score of coping was 40.46 鹵11.51, the positive response was 25.62 鹵8.79, the negative was 14.83 鹵4.35; the total score of social support was 27.76 鹵6.20; the total score of social support was 27.76 鹵6.20, and the total score of subjective support was 27.76 鹵6.20. 12.67 鹵3.32, objective support 8.23 鹵2.64, support utilization 6.86 鹵2.39.The differences in anxiety factor and positive coping were found among the three nationalities (fen 3.4755.506p0.05) .2. The serum levels of c-fos protein were (223.34 鹵31.47) PG / ml ~ (5-ht) ~ (281.57 鹵18.15) PG / ml ~ (-1) and (182.65 鹵13.48) PG / ml 路ml ~ (-1) respectively. Study on the relationship between stress related Serum physiological Indexes and other influencing factors: there were significant differences in serum c-fos protein levels between different life events and depression levels (t 1.974 + 3.489 p0.05), and serum 5-ht levels were different in gender, life events and social support. There were significant differences in the level of negative coping and stress emotional response (t = 2.005, 10.997p0.05), and in the level of serum npsr1 in different families, such as per capita income, life events, negative coping and depression (t or fen 2.017 鹵5.522p0.05). Multiple regression analysis showed that negative coping and serum 5-ht level were the influencing factors of chronic psychological stress in Nandan ethnic minority area of Guangxi (尾 -0.599- 1.537p0.05) .4. The interaction analysis of chronic psychological stress and physiological related factors showed that negative coping and 5-ht had significant regulating effect on mental health (r _ 2 / 0. 512 / 0.701p _ (0.05). Conclusion 1. Chronic psychological stress level can lead to different levels of stress-related serum indicators. 2. 2. The serum levels of stress-related indexes were influenced by nationality, sex, family income, stress emotional response, negative coping and life event level.
