【摘要】：冰毒使用的危害日益凸顯,受到社會(huì)的普遍關(guān)注。行為、認(rèn)知和腦功能的研究結(jié)果一致表明:長(zhǎng)期的冰毒使用會(huì)導(dǎo)致使用者的抑制控制受損,包含一般抑制控制損傷以及藥物相關(guān)線索條件下的損傷。這些損傷與前額腦區(qū)的異常密切相關(guān),對(duì)冰毒使用者的行為和認(rèn)知能力產(chǎn)生不良影響。目前,這些損傷只能部分恢復(fù),因此,改善冰毒使用者抑制控制的干預(yù)策略成為熱點(diǎn)。未來研究可以從不同藥物成癮者的差異性、多藥物使用模式以及有區(qū)別的運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)等方面對(duì)冰毒使用者的抑制控制損傷進(jìn)行深入研究。
[Abstract]:The harm of the use of methamphetamine is becoming more and more serious, and the society pays more and more attention to it. The results of behavioral, cognitive and brain function studies show that long-term use of methamphetamine results in impaired inhibition and control of users, including general inhibitory control damage and damage under drug-related cues. These injuries are closely related to the abnormality of the prefrontal brain and have adverse effects on the behavior and cognitive ability of meth users. At present, these injuries can only be partially recovered, so the intervention strategy to improve the inhibition control of methamphetamine users has become a hot spot. In the future, we can further study the inhibition and control injury of meth users from the aspects of different drug addicts' differences, multi-drug use patterns and different exercise intervention.
