【摘要】：實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化，躋身于世界強(qiáng)國(guó)之列，是近代以來(lái)中國(guó)人民的美好愿望和堅(jiān)持不懈的追求，也是以毛澤東、周恩來(lái)為代表的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人孜孜以求的奮斗目標(biāo)。周恩來(lái)在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民爭(zhēng)取民族獨(dú)立、人民解放，實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家富強(qiáng)、人民富裕的過(guò)程中進(jìn)行了積極而艱辛地探索，形成獨(dú)具中國(guó)特色的現(xiàn)代化思想。這一思想不僅有力地指導(dǎo)了我國(guó)當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)，而且對(duì)當(dāng)今中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)仍然具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文試圖通過(guò)全面考察周恩來(lái)的現(xiàn)代化思想，探討其理論價(jià)值及實(shí)踐意義，，對(duì)當(dāng)今中國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)有所啟示。 本文共分三部分：第一部分，闡述周恩來(lái)現(xiàn)代化思想形成與發(fā)展的四個(gè)階段，即：萌芽時(shí)期、形成時(shí)期、發(fā)展時(shí)期、成熟時(shí)期。客觀分析周恩來(lái)現(xiàn)代化思想產(chǎn)生的理論條件和社會(huì)環(huán)境。深入挖掘周恩來(lái)現(xiàn)代化思想的全面性、重點(diǎn)性、開(kāi)放性的思想特點(diǎn)；第二部分，系統(tǒng)分析周恩來(lái)現(xiàn)代化思想的主要內(nèi)容，主要包括現(xiàn)代化戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的提出、如何調(diào)動(dòng)知識(shí)分子的積極性、反保守反冒進(jìn)，綜合平衡中穩(wěn)步前進(jìn)、獨(dú)立自主、自力更生與學(xué)習(xí)外國(guó)的主次關(guān)系以及農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)、國(guó)防、科學(xué)技術(shù)的全面現(xiàn)代化的思想；第三部分，分析周恩來(lái)現(xiàn)代化思想對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的理論和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。一方面周恩來(lái)現(xiàn)代化思想豐富與發(fā)展了毛澤東現(xiàn)代化思想，另一方面周恩來(lái)的現(xiàn)代化思想為鄧小平現(xiàn)代化思想的發(fā)展提供了豐富的理論素材。并將周恩來(lái)的現(xiàn)代化思想運(yùn)用到當(dāng)前中國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)事業(yè)之中，以期待推動(dòng)中國(guó)現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)不斷前進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:To realize modernization and to become one of the world's great powers is the fine desire and unremitting pursuit of the Chinese people since modern times. It is also the striving goal of the first generation leaders of the Communist Party of China, represented by Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai. In the process of leading the people to strive for national independence, the people's liberation, the realization of national prosperity and strength, and the people's affluence, Zhou Enlai has made a positive and arduous exploration and formed a unique modern thought with Chinese characteristics. This thought not only guided the socialist modernization construction of our country at that time, but also has important theoretical and practical significance to the construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. This paper attempts to probe into the theoretical value and practical significance of Zhou Enlai through a comprehensive investigation of its modernization thought, which will enlighten the modernization construction of China today. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part expounds the four stages of the formation and development of Zhou Enlai modernization thought, namely: budding period, forming period, developing period and mature period. Objective analysis of Zhou Enlai modernization thought of the theoretical conditions and social environment. The second part systematically analyzes the main contents of Zhou Enlai modernization thought, including the strategic goal of modernization. How to arouse the enthusiasm of intellectuals, counter conservative and anti-rash advance, advance steadily in comprehensive balance, be independent, rely on oneself and study the primary and secondary relationship of foreign countries, and the thought of comprehensive modernization of agriculture, industry, national defense, science and technology; The third part analyzes the theoretical and practical value of Zhou Enlai modernization thought to contemporary socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. On the one hand, the modernization thought of Zhou Enlai enriches and develops the modernization thought of Mao Zedong, on the other hand, the modernization thought of Zhou Enlai provides abundant theoretical material for the development of modernization thought of Deng Xiaoping. The modernization thought of Zhou Enlai is applied to the cause of China's modernization construction, in order to push forward the modernization cause of China continuously.
