基于PROMETHEE Ⅱ模型的多屬性群決策方法研究

【摘要】:多屬性群決策是在考慮多個屬性的前提下,由多個決策者對一組備選方案進(jìn)行選優(yōu)或排序的過程。當(dāng)前多屬性群決策主要關(guān)注在如何確切描述決策者的不確定思維及有效刻畫復(fù)雜決策環(huán)境方面,其體現(xiàn)為選用多種形式的決策信息,選擇合適的聚合算子,多屬性決策模型的選用等。本文分別在決策信息為三角直覺模糊數(shù)和2-維區(qū)間中智語言數(shù)的背景下,以PROMETHEEⅡ方法和Choquet積分聚合算子來構(gòu)建新的群決策模型。具體包含以下內(nèi)容:首先,在三角直覺模糊數(shù)形式下,以Choquet積分聚合算子來反映屬性間相互依賴的現(xiàn)象,并形成個體決策者的綜合評價信息,進(jìn)而應(yīng)用PROMETHEE Ⅱ方法得到群體的綜合評價信息及方案排序。此外,本文研究了基于三角直覺模糊數(shù)的Choquet積分聚合算子的相關(guān)性質(zhì)。其次,為體現(xiàn)決策環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性和專家評價過程中的不確定和不一致性,本文結(jié)合區(qū)間中智數(shù)和2-維語言變量定義2-維區(qū)間中智語言數(shù),即對于決策者給出的語言評價結(jié)果增加了可以表示其可靠性的主觀評價維度,從而提高了對目標(biāo)評價的準(zhǔn)確性。此外,本文定義了 2-維區(qū)間中智語言數(shù)的運(yùn)算法則和比較規(guī)則,在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合Choquet積分聚合算子和PROMETHEE Ⅱ構(gòu)建了群決策模型,并將其應(yīng)用于畢業(yè)論文評價的數(shù)值例子中。
