水泥混凝土路面道路標(biāo)線清除劑的制備與試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著高速公路的建設(shè)發(fā)展和車(chē)流量的迅猛增長(zhǎng),道路經(jīng)常需要并網(wǎng)、改道、拓寬等處理,需要清除原來(lái)的道路標(biāo)線,設(shè)置新的標(biāo)線。 論文首先根據(jù)相似相溶原理,以苯乙醇和無(wú)水乙醇復(fù)配為主溶劑,CTMAB為表面活性劑,乳酸為促進(jìn)劑,采用恒溫?cái)嚢柚苽淞艘环N針對(duì)水泥混凝土路面道路舊標(biāo)線漆的溶劑型清除劑。考察有機(jī)試劑對(duì)清除劑性能的影響,以及溫度、攪拌速率等因素對(duì)清除效率的影響。同時(shí)探討清除劑的性能、揮發(fā)速率及腐蝕性。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)苯乙醇的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為21%,無(wú)水乙醇為49%,CTMAB為2%,乳酸為28%,在溫度為90~95℃時(shí),9~10mm對(duì)直徑為50mm厚度為2cm的混凝土試塊的涂漆試樣的清除效果達(dá)到最佳。 其次根據(jù)水解原理,以NaOH為主溶劑,CTMAB為表面活性劑,尿素為助溶劑,1,2-丙二醇為輔助添加劑,在恒溫水浴條件下制備了一種針對(duì)水泥混凝土路面道路舊標(biāo)線漆的無(wú)機(jī)堿性清除劑。考察主溶劑、表面活性劑、助溶劑及輔助添加劑的種類(lèi)、用量以及溫度對(duì)清除效率的影響,同時(shí)探討清除劑的性能、揮發(fā)速率及腐蝕性。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)NaOH為5g,CTMAB為0.3g,尿素為0.6g,1,2-丙二醇為0.2g,在溫度為90~95"C時(shí),9~10mm內(nèi)可使直徑為50mm厚度為2cm的混凝土試塊的涂漆試樣軟化、脫落,所得清除劑的清除效果最高,揮發(fā)性和腐蝕性低。 最后在前期研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),來(lái)檢驗(yàn)放大試驗(yàn)后兩種清除劑的使用性能和實(shí)際情況下的漆膜清除效果。通過(guò)驗(yàn)證信息的反饋,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化兩種清除劑的配方和實(shí)際使用操作工藝。通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),形成清除劑產(chǎn)品的施工工法。
[Abstract]:With the development of highway construction and the rapid growth of traffic flow, roads often need to be connected, diverted, widened and so on. It is necessary to clear the old road marks and set up new ones. Firstly, according to the principle of similar phase dissolution, the mixture of phenylethanol and anhydrous ethanol was used as main solvent, CTMAB as surfactant and lactic acid as accelerator. A solvent scavenger for old road marking paint of cement concrete pavement was prepared by constant temperature stirring. The effects of organic reagents on the performance of scavengers and the effects of temperature and stirring rate on the scavenging efficiency were investigated. At the same time, the properties, volatilization rate and corrosion of scavenger were discussed.
