【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)高速公路建設(shè)的迅猛發(fā)展,,人流、物流的驟然增多,中國(guó)高速路網(wǎng)突發(fā)事件呈高發(fā)、頻發(fā)且愈演愈烈的態(tài)勢(shì)。由于對(duì)高速路網(wǎng)突發(fā)性公共事件缺乏判斷和預(yù)知,對(duì)事件發(fā)生的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)和程度等難以準(zhǔn)確預(yù)判,造成救援延誤、危害擴(kuò)大等。又因高速路網(wǎng)管理重心前移,變事后處置為事前預(yù)防和事件及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)與高效處置,這使得高速路網(wǎng)應(yīng)急管理的難度呈級(jí)數(shù)增長(zhǎng),如何構(gòu)建高效、有力的高速公路突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急處置系統(tǒng)用以有效減輕事件引發(fā)的危害后果,及時(shí)、快速地進(jìn)行救援和搶修受損道路以盡快恢復(fù)交通;如何利用應(yīng)急系統(tǒng)中的預(yù)警系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)地監(jiān)測(cè)高速路網(wǎng)各主要路段,獲得實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)以排除潛在威脅,從根源上減少事件發(fā)生的概率已是迫切需要解決的問(wèn)題。以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn),本文著重研究了以下內(nèi)容: (1)從物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的基本概念入手,介紹其工作原理、特點(diǎn)、結(jié)構(gòu)以及智能應(yīng)用;同時(shí)概述高速公路應(yīng)急管理及其管理信息系統(tǒng),并分析物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)及對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在高速公路應(yīng)急管理系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行闡述。 (2)著重分析了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關(guān)技術(shù)在高速路網(wǎng)管理中的應(yīng)用情況,如RFID技術(shù)在交通執(zhí)法管理系統(tǒng)中,GPS、傳感技術(shù)等在高速公路預(yù)警系統(tǒng)中和圖像識(shí)別技術(shù)和視頻監(jiān)控技術(shù)在突發(fā)事件處理中以及智能交通在交通誘導(dǎo)管理中的應(yīng)用等等,以此,為構(gòu)建基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速公路網(wǎng)應(yīng)急管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)提供實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)支撐。 (3)從高速路網(wǎng)應(yīng)急管理的要求出發(fā),基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)架構(gòu)的高速路網(wǎng)應(yīng)急管理系統(tǒng)包含信息采集系統(tǒng)、信息處理系統(tǒng)和信息發(fā)布系統(tǒng),以滿足多種信息化采集手段對(duì)各類交通數(shù)據(jù)、設(shè)施設(shè)備狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)、氣象數(shù)據(jù)等進(jìn)行及時(shí)、全面、準(zhǔn)確的采集的要求,滿足為交通控制、管制提供科學(xué)的數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù),為事故及時(shí)處置提供準(zhǔn)確的信息保障的要求,滿足對(duì)事故的分析、評(píng)價(jià)的要求。 (4)在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,圍繞路網(wǎng)管理事件預(yù)防、事件及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)、事件高效處置、優(yōu)質(zhì)交通服務(wù)四大核心任務(wù),構(gòu)建基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速路網(wǎng)應(yīng)急管理系統(tǒng)框架,設(shè)計(jì)信息采集系統(tǒng)、決策支持系統(tǒng)、交通控制及應(yīng)急救援系統(tǒng)、信息發(fā)布系統(tǒng)和高速路網(wǎng)應(yīng)急聯(lián)動(dòng)統(tǒng)一指揮系統(tǒng)五個(gè)高速路網(wǎng)應(yīng)急管理系統(tǒng)的子系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway construction in China, the sudden increase of people flow, logistics, China highway network emergencies are high, frequent and intensified situation.Due to the lack of judgment and prediction of the sudden public events in highway network, it is difficult to predict the time, place and degree of the events, which results in the delay of rescue and the expansion of harm.Because the center of gravity of highway network management is moving forward, the post disposal is changed into the prevention in advance and the timely discovery and efficient disposal of the events, which makes the difficulty of the emergency management of the highway network increase in a series, how to construct the high efficiency,The powerful emergency management system of expressway emergency is used to effectively reduce the harmful consequences caused by the incident, to rescue and repair the damaged road in time and to restore traffic as soon as possible.How to use the early warning system in the emergency system to monitor the main sections of highway network in real time, to obtain real-time data to eliminate the potential threats, and to reduce the probability of the occurrence of events from the source has become an urgent problem to be solved.As a starting point, this paper focuses on the following contents:Starting with the basic concept of the Internet of things, this paper introduces its working principle, characteristics, structure and intelligent application, and summarizes the expressway emergency management and its management information system.The technology of Internet of things and its application in expressway emergency management system are analyzed.The application of Internet of things related technology in highway network management is analyzed.For example, the application of RFID technology in traffic law enforcement management system, sensor technology in expressway early warning system, image recognition technology and video surveillance technology in emergency event processing and intelligent traffic in traffic guidance management, etc.It provides practical support for the design of emergency management system of highway network based on Internet of things.According to the requirements of emergency management of highway network, the emergency management system of highway network based on the Internet of things includes information collection system, information processing system and information publishing system, to meet the needs of various information acquisition means for all kinds of traffic data.Facilities and equipment status data, meteorological data and other timely, comprehensive and accurate collection requirements, to meet the traffic control, control to provide scientific data basis, for the timely handling of accidents to provide accurate information protection requirements,Meet the requirements of accident analysis and evaluation.On the basis of demand analysis, the paper constructs an emergency management system framework of highway network based on Internet of things, focusing on the four core tasks of road network management event prevention, event timely detection, event efficient disposal, and quality transportation service.Design five subsystems of expressway emergency management system, such as information collection system, decision support system, traffic control and emergency rescue system, information release system and emergency linkage command system of highway network.
