【摘要】：集裝箱運輸是一種現(xiàn)代化的交通運輸模式,在世界各國都得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。我國集裝箱運輸相對來說起步較晚,發(fā)展的程度有限,許多企業(yè)推出了集裝箱多式聯(lián)運業(yè)務(wù),但大部分的集裝箱多式聯(lián)運技術(shù)和操作管理不具備規(guī)范化的流程,還沒有總結(jié)歸納出具備可行性的理論供廣泛應(yīng)用,集裝箱多式聯(lián)運方面有關(guān)的理論研究水平需要改進。加強集裝箱多式聯(lián)運相關(guān)的理論研究,對加快我國集裝箱多式聯(lián)運的物流化發(fā)展有重大的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文的研究對象為集裝箱運輸,分析中國的集裝箱運輸和它的物流化發(fā)展過程中可供研究的相關(guān)問題�？紤]現(xiàn)代物流與集裝箱運輸之間的關(guān)系,集裝箱運輸物流化的內(nèi)涵、特點和發(fā)展趨勢,指出了我國集裝箱運輸物流化發(fā)展中需要注意的問題,包括集裝箱運輸?shù)倪\輸路徑選擇、運營管理、信息共享、運輸樞紐的協(xié)調(diào)。 考慮多式聯(lián)運過程中關(guān)于運輸方式和運輸路徑的選擇問題,建立集裝箱多式聯(lián)運的運輸組合優(yōu)化模型,比較不同運輸方式各自的特點,分析集裝箱多式聯(lián)運過程中影響運輸方式和運輸路徑選擇的因素(包括時間、成本、安全、客戶個性化需求等)。在綜合考慮貨物的不同屬性、不同客戶的個性化需求的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于廣義費用函數(shù)的運輸方式選擇優(yōu)化模型,然后采用層次分析法和C#編程對模型求解。 針對集裝箱運輸?shù)臒o縫銜接問題,總結(jié)了無縫銜接的概念,從現(xiàn)有的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施設(shè)備、存在的問題,從組織管理、設(shè)施設(shè)備、信息協(xié)調(diào)幾個角度,提出建立集裝箱運輸企業(yè)和部門的戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系,實現(xiàn)運輸工具、裝卸機械和裝載手段的標準化,使用先進的信息處理技術(shù),建立信息交流為基礎(chǔ)的多式聯(lián)運信息共享平臺,實現(xiàn)不同運輸方式無縫的轉(zhuǎn)換和交接,從而實現(xiàn)集裝箱的一體化運
[Abstract]:Container transportation is a modern transportation mode, which has been widely used all over the world.Container transportation in our country starts relatively late, and its development is limited. Many enterprises have launched container multimodal transport business, but most of the container multimodal transport technology and operation management do not have a standardized process.The feasibility theory has not been summed up for wide application. The theoretical research level of container multimodal transport needs to be improved.It is of great practical significance to strengthen the theoretical research on container multimodal transport to accelerate the development of container multimodal transport logistics in China.The research object of this paper is container transportation. It analyzes the related problems in the development of container transportation and its logistics in China.Considering the relationship between modern logistics and container transportation, the connotation, characteristics and development trend of container transportation logistics, this paper points out the problems that should be paid attention to in the development of container transportation logistics in China, including the choice of container transportation route.Operation management, information sharing, transportation hub coordination.Considering the choice of transport mode and route in multimodal transport process, the optimal transport combination model of container multimodal transport is established to compare the characteristics of different transport modes.This paper analyzes the factors (including time, cost, security, customer's individualized requirements, etc.) that affect the transportation mode and route selection in the process of container multimodal transport.On the basis of synthetically considering the different attributes of goods and the individualized demands of different customers, an optimal model of transportation mode selection based on generalized cost function is proposed, and then the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and C # programming are used to solve the model.Aiming at the seamless connection of container transportation, this paper summarizes the concept of seamless connection, from the existing infrastructure equipment, existing problems, from the organizational management, facilities equipment, information coordination several angles,The paper puts forward to establish the strategic cooperative relationship between container transportation enterprises and departments, to realize the standardization of transportation tools, loading and unloading machinery and loading means, to use advanced information processing technology, and to establish an information sharing platform for multimodal transport based on information exchange.Seamless transition and handover of different modes of transport, thus realizing the integrated transportation of containers
