季凍區(qū)瀝青路面車(chē)轍預(yù)估模型方法研究

【摘要】:瀝青混合料的永久變形(車(chē)轍)是柔性路面體系中幾種最重要的破壞形式之一。永久變形會(huì)直接地影響路面舒適性和使用性能,甚至?xí):ζ?chē)的行駛安全性,并且隨著車(chē)轍深度的不斷積累也會(huì)造成路面結(jié)構(gòu)的嚴(yán)重?fù)p害。因此在現(xiàn)階段實(shí)用而合理地預(yù)估車(chē)轍對(duì)我國(guó)路面的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和養(yǎng)護(hù)決策都是很有幫助的。本文將參照國(guó)內(nèi)外的永久變形預(yù)估方法,選取合適的粘彈流變模型,建立瀝青混合料的永久變形預(yù)測(cè)模型,針對(duì)季凍區(qū)的氣溫環(huán)境特點(diǎn),建立季凍區(qū)瀝青路面的車(chē)轍預(yù)測(cè)模型,具體的工作包括以下幾點(diǎn): 進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)粘彈參數(shù)的分析。從基本的流變力學(xué)和粘彈模型入手,介紹粘彈流變學(xué)中簡(jiǎn)單的概念、基本元件以及組合模型,并評(píng)價(jià)各模型的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。針對(duì)瀝青混合料的變形發(fā)展特點(diǎn),選擇擬合度高而外延性強(qiáng)的Burgers模型,進(jìn)行擬合后得到相應(yīng)的粘彈參數(shù)。 建立了瀝青混合料的永久變形預(yù)估模型。在確立了合理的預(yù)估模型參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了恒定荷載單次和重復(fù)作用下的永久變形分析,對(duì)模型中的溫度、輪壓、車(chē)速這三個(gè)外部荷載環(huán)境參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析,提出了各參數(shù)不同值時(shí)的解決方法,提高了模型的適用范圍,并確立了永久變形發(fā)展臨界溫度的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和計(jì)算方法。 確定了車(chē)轍疊加和車(chē)轍等效溫度的計(jì)算方法;谇懊娴玫降臑r青混合料的永久變形預(yù)估模型和永久變形發(fā)展的臨界溫度,參考AASHTO2002對(duì)車(chē)轍的疊加方法,提出了適合新模型分溫度區(qū)間特點(diǎn)的車(chē)轍累積計(jì)算方法,在此基礎(chǔ)上,得出了全新的等效溫度的計(jì)算方法。 進(jìn)行季凍區(qū)的車(chē)轍預(yù)測(cè)模型方法研究。根據(jù)季凍區(qū)氣溫、太陽(yáng)輻射等參數(shù)合理預(yù)估路面溫度場(chǎng),,針對(duì)季凍區(qū)年溫差大、低溫時(shí)間長(zhǎng)的特點(diǎn),基于前文所確立的車(chē)轍預(yù)估模型、有效溫度區(qū)間以及等效溫度的計(jì)算方法,給出季凍區(qū)的車(chē)轍預(yù)測(cè)模型和車(chē)轍等效溫度值,并與現(xiàn)有模型進(jìn)行對(duì)比,分析其不合理之處。
[Abstract]:Permanent deformation (rut) of asphalt mixture is one of the most important failure forms in flexible pavement system.Permanent deformation will directly affect the road comfort and performance, and even endanger the driving safety of the vehicle, and along with the accumulation of rutting depth will cause serious damage to the pavement structure.Therefore, practical and reasonable prediction of rutting is helpful for structural design and maintenance decision of pavement in China.In this paper, the prediction model of asphalt mixture permanent deformation is established by selecting suitable viscoelastic rheological model according to the prediction methods of permanent deformation at home and abroad, and the rutting prediction model of asphalt pavement in seasonal frozen area is established according to the characteristics of air temperature environment in seasonal frozen area.Specific work includes the following:The dynamic viscoelastic parameters are analyzed.Starting with the basic rheological mechanics and viscoelastic model, this paper introduces the simple concepts, basic components and combined models of viscoelastic rheology, and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of each model.According to the characteristics of asphalt mixture deformation and development, the Burgers model with high fit degree and strong external ductility is selected, and the corresponding viscoelastic parameters are obtained after fitting.The prediction model of permanent deformation of asphalt mixture is established.On the basis of reasonable prediction model parameters, the permanent deformation analysis under single and repeated action of constant load is carried out, and the environmental parameters of temperature, wheel pressure and speed of external load in the model are analyzed.The solutions for different values of each parameter are put forward, the applicable range of the model is improved, and the standard and calculation method of the critical temperature for the development of permanent deformation are established.The calculation method of rut superposition and rut equivalent temperature is determined.Based on the prediction model of the permanent deformation of asphalt mixture and the critical temperature of the development of the permanent deformation, and referring to the superposition method of AASHTO2002 to the rut, a rut accumulation calculation method suitable for the characteristic of the temperature interval of the new model is put forward.A new method of calculating equivalent temperature is obtained.The method of rutting prediction model in seasonal frozen area is studied.According to the temperature, solar radiation and other parameters of seasonal freezing area, the pavement temperature field is reasonably estimated. In view of the characteristics of large annual temperature difference and long low temperature time in seasonal frozen area, the rut prediction model, effective temperature range and equivalent temperature calculation method are established.The prediction model of rut and the equivalent temperature value of rut in seasonal frozen area are given, and compared with the existing models, the irrationality of the model is analyzed.
