【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)正處于"三期疊加"的新常態(tài)復(fù)雜形勢(shì)中。推進(jìn)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,是調(diào)整、提升經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)質(zhì)效的重大戰(zhàn)略舉措。培育創(chuàng)造新動(dòng)力和新供給,積極對(duì)接"去產(chǎn)能、去庫存、去杠桿、降成本、補(bǔ)短板"五大任務(wù),是商業(yè)銀行實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和科學(xué)穩(wěn)健發(fā)展的必由之路。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy is in the "three-phase superposition" of the new normal complex situation. Promoting structural reform on the supply side is a major strategic move to adjust and improve the quality and effectiveness of economic growth. It is the only way for commercial banks to realize innovation transformation and upgrading and scientific and steady development by cultivating and creating new power and new supply and actively connecting with five tasks: "deproducing capacity, destocking, deleveraging, reducing cost and mending short board".
