【摘要】：基于理論抽樣,運(yùn)用扎根理論研究方法對(duì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)資料進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)歸納和提煉,得出了潛在創(chuàng)業(yè)主體培養(yǎng)、內(nèi)部關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建、外部創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)識(shí)別、離職創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)產(chǎn)生、新創(chuàng)企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)選擇和互補(bǔ)裂變企業(yè)生成6個(gè)主范疇;在主范疇之間邏輯關(guān)系識(shí)別的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了業(yè)務(wù)互補(bǔ)型裂變新創(chuàng)企業(yè)生成機(jī)理的理論模型。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),潛在創(chuàng)業(yè)者培養(yǎng)是業(yè)務(wù)互補(bǔ)型裂變新創(chuàng)企業(yè)生成的前提條件;關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建是業(yè)務(wù)互補(bǔ)型裂變新創(chuàng)企業(yè)生成的資源基礎(chǔ);創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)識(shí)別是業(yè)務(wù)互補(bǔ)型裂變新創(chuàng)企業(yè)生成的觸發(fā)動(dòng)力;合作網(wǎng)鏈嵌入是業(yè)務(wù)互補(bǔ)型裂變新創(chuàng)企業(yè)生成的有效路徑;信任關(guān)系建立是業(yè)務(wù)互補(bǔ)型裂變新創(chuàng)企業(yè)生成的成功保障。
[Abstract]:Based on theoretical sampling, the empirical data are systematically summarized and refined with the method of rooted theory, and the cultivation of potential entrepreneurial subject, the construction of internal relationship network, the identification of external entrepreneurial opportunities and the emergence of entrepreneurial motivation are obtained. On the basis of the identification of the logical relationship between the main categories, the theoretical model of the formation mechanism of the business complementary fission new enterprise is constructed. It is found that the cultivation of potential entrepreneurs is the prerequisite for the formation of business complementary fission startups, the construction of relational networks is the resource basis for the creation of business complementary fission startups. Entrepreneurial opportunity identification is the trigger power of business complementary fission new enterprise generation, cooperative net chain embedding is the effective path of business complementary fission new enterprise generation. The establishment of trust relationship is the successful guarantee of business complementary fission new enterprise.
