阿塞拜疆高等教育與就業(yè)市場的匹配性研究

自1991年以來,阿塞拜疆經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)完成從中央集權(quán)經(jīng)濟(jì)到市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)化。新經(jīng)濟(jì)形式有其自身的勞動力市場需求。此外,在當(dāng)今世界,科技進(jìn)步對就業(yè)需求的影響是不可否認(rèn)的。該研究旨在考察,高等教育使畢業(yè)生滿足當(dāng)前就業(yè)市場趨勢需要的響應(yīng)。研究從兩個(gè)階段來衡量高等教育與勞動力市場的互動。首先,從招聘網(wǎng)站調(diào)查私人就業(yè)市場需求,并且從二手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)分析調(diào)查大學(xué)錄取數(shù)據(jù)。這一階段能夠幫助筆者得出結(jié)論,是否有足夠的人進(jìn)入行業(yè)最需要的研究領(lǐng)域;在對勞動力市場需求和高等教育統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整體概括之后,筆者從雇員的角度考察高等教育對就業(yè)的響應(yīng)。本研究采用混合方法。研究工具是內(nèi)容分析與帶有封閉式和開放式問題的問卷調(diào)查。由于本研究將高等教育作為一種能夠獲得更好就業(yè)機(jī)會的投資來調(diào)查,筆者認(rèn)為人力資本理論(貝克爾,1964)將更好地指導(dǎo)本研究。本研究對學(xué)術(shù)的貢獻(xiàn)有兩方面。第一,對比了發(fā)達(dá)國家和轉(zhuǎn)型期國家的就業(yè)市場需求;第二,考察我們的大學(xué)課程是否能讓畢業(yè)生適應(yīng)變化的就業(yè)市場。本研究是首次從雇員的角度來考察工作需求和員工技能之間的匹配程度如何隨著時(shí)間推移而發(fā)展。調(diào)查顯示,信息技術(shù)、商業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)等領(lǐng)域的工作崗位需求量最大。然而,公立高等...
