大學(xué)生游客目的地決策中的選擇超載現(xiàn)象及影響因素研究

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)認(rèn)為決策者擁有更多的選擇能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)自身的效用最大化,心理學(xué)認(rèn)為決策者擁有更多的選擇能夠滿足自己的心理控制。但是,根據(jù)選擇超載(choice overload)概念,太多的選擇會(huì)導(dǎo)致相反的結(jié)果,例如消費(fèi)者不作任何選擇或者感知后悔?紤]到旅游產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)商為旅游者提供特別大量的旅游產(chǎn)品,本文的主要研究目標(biāo)是識(shí)別旅游行業(yè)像零售業(yè)一樣存在著選擇超載的現(xiàn)象。 本文采用了隨機(jī)向在校大學(xué)生發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷的方法,,其中設(shè)置了兩類決策時(shí)間(無時(shí)間限制和2分鐘)和5種的目的地集合(1,3,10,20,30)。通過調(diào)查問卷得到的數(shù)據(jù)以及Logit模型證實(shí)了旅游產(chǎn)品也存在著選擇超載現(xiàn)象。實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)目的地個(gè)數(shù)超過24個(gè)時(shí),大學(xué)生游客做出不選擇的可能性開始逐漸增大。 由于決策的結(jié)果(選擇或不選擇)是0-1型伯努利變量,本文采用了二分類logistic回歸分析方法分析性別、學(xué)歷、目的地個(gè)數(shù)和決策時(shí)間這4個(gè)變量和大學(xué)生游客在目的地決策之間的一般關(guān)系。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)性別和學(xué)歷不是大學(xué)生游客目的地決策的影響因素,而目的地個(gè)數(shù)和決策時(shí)間對大學(xué)生游客目的地決策有著顯著影響。
[Abstract]:Traditional economics holds that decision makers have more choices to maximize their effectiveness , and psychologists believe that decision makers have more choices to meet their own psychological controls . But depending on the choice of overload concepts , too many choices can lead to the opposite results , such as consumers not making any choice or perception of regret . In view of the fact that suppliers of tourism products provide a particularly large number of tourist products for tourists , the main objective of this article is to identify the phenomenon of selective overload in the tourism industry like retail .

Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire and the Logit model , it is found that the possibility of non - selection among college students will begin to increase gradually when the number of destinations exceeds 24 .

As a result of the decision - making ( choice or non - selection ) is a 0 - 1 Bernoulli variable , the general relationship between the four variables of sex , education , number of destinations and decision - making time is analyzed by two - classification logistic regression analysis method . The results show that gender and education are not the influencing factors of the decision - making of the tourist destination of college students , and the number of destination and decision - making time have a significant influence on the decision - making of the tourist destination of college students .
