【摘要】:物流是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的動脈系統(tǒng),其在社會經(jīng)濟(jì)活動中扮演著愈來愈重要的角色,它連接社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的各個部分并使之成為一個有機(jī)整體。物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展至今,經(jīng)歷了第一方物流、第二方物流、第三方物流到第四方物流的四個發(fā)展過程。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的普及和電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,物流業(yè)也逐漸跟隨其他產(chǎn)業(yè)一樣不斷觸網(wǎng),物流信息交易平臺紛紛出現(xiàn),如林安物流平臺、錦程物流網(wǎng)等,它們通過線上線下融合發(fā)展取得了較好的成效。然而,全國物流信息交易平臺數(shù)量雖然眾多,但總體發(fā)展水平層次參差不齊,并不理想。在這種背景下,以科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)姆椒ㄑ芯课锪餍畔⒔灰灼脚_也就具有了非常重要的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。為了能夠分析物流信息交易平臺使用影響因素,本文以理論研究為基礎(chǔ)、調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為保障、量化研究為手段進(jìn)行了深入研究,得到了相應(yīng)的管理啟示。理論研究部分主要通過回顧物流信息平臺、技術(shù)接受模型等相關(guān)理論,一方面了解和掌握目前學(xué)術(shù)界對于物流信息平臺的研究現(xiàn)狀;另一方面掌握技術(shù)接受模型的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)及應(yīng)用情況,厘清和界定相關(guān)概念,科學(xué)地構(gòu)建研究模型,準(zhǔn)確地描述和測度模型中的研究變量。在TAM、UTAUT等經(jīng)典模型的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合本文的研究情景,構(gòu)建了物流信息交易平臺使用影響因素研究模型,并對相關(guān)變量和假設(shè)進(jìn)行了闡述。數(shù)據(jù)收集部分在已有文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)了本文的研究量表,并通過問卷調(diào)查獲得了研究數(shù)據(jù),最后通過探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析、信度分析、效度分析對研究量表的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了探討,得到了可信且有效的數(shù)據(jù),為本文的研究提供了科學(xué)的支撐。量化研究部分則基于優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對本文的假設(shè)進(jìn)行了驗證。具體結(jié)論如下:主觀規(guī)范對感知有用性和感知易用性存在正向路徑影響;便利條件對感知易用性和使用態(tài)度有正向路徑影響;激勵因素對使用態(tài)度有正向路徑影響;經(jīng)典的TAM理論模型假設(shè)中只有感知易用性對使用態(tài)度不存在顯著的路徑影響;而感知風(fēng)險對感知有用性和使用態(tài)度有負(fù)向路徑影響作用的假設(shè)沒有得到實證支持。最后,基于實證研究的結(jié)論,本文提出了針對性的管理啟示,實現(xiàn)了理論研究與實際應(yīng)用的有效結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:Logistics is the artery system of national economy, which plays a more and more important role in social economic activities. It connects all parts of social economy and makes it become an organic whole.So far, the development of logistics industry has experienced the first party logistics, the second party logistics, the third party logistics to the fourth party logistics four development processes.With the popularization of Internet technology and the rapid development of electronic commerce, the logistics industry is also gradually following other industries in the same way, logistics information trading platforms have emerged, such as Lin'an logistics platform, Jincheng logistics network, etc.They have achieved good results through the integration of above-line and off-line development.However, although the number of logistics information trading platforms is numerous, the overall level of development is uneven and not ideal.Under this background, it has very important theoretical value and practical significance to study logistics information trading platform by scientific and rigorous method.In order to analyze the influencing factors of the use of logistics information trading platform, this paper, based on the theoretical research, the research data as the guarantee, the quantitative research as the means, has carried on the thorough research, has obtained the corresponding management enlightenment.The theoretical research part mainly through reviewing logistics information platform, technology acceptance model and other related theories, on the one hand, to understand and master the current academic research status of logistics information platform;On the other hand, we should grasp the development and application of the technology acceptance model, clarify and define the relevant concepts, construct the research model scientifically and accurately describe and measure the research variables in the model.On the basis of the classical models such as Tam UTAUT and combined with the research situation of this paper, the research model of the factors influencing the use of logistics information trading platform is constructed, and the related variables and assumptions are expounded.The data collection part has developed the research scale based on the existing literature, and obtained the research data through the questionnaire survey, finally through the exploratory factor analysis, the confirmatory factor analysis, the reliability analysis,Validity analysis discusses the quality of the research scale and obtains reliable and effective data, which provides a scientific support for this study.The quantitative research is based on the optimized data and the structural equation model is used to verify the hypothesis of this paper.The specific conclusions are as follows: subjective norms have a positive path effect on perceived usefulness and perceived usability; convenience conditions have a positive path effect on perceived usability and use attitude; incentive factors have a positive path effect on use attitude;In the classical TAM theoretical model, only perceived usability has no significant path effect on use attitude, while the assumption that perceived risk has negative path effect on perceived usefulness and use attitude is not supported by empirical evidence.Finally, based on the conclusion of empirical research, this paper puts forward the pertinent management enlightenment, and realizes the effective combination of theoretical research and practical application.
