【摘要】：中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平一直落后于發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,其根源在于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展落后,具體表現(xiàn)為產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈內(nèi)的協(xié)作不流暢、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈之間的銜接不順利等問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上企業(yè)合作程度低、運(yùn)作成本高,物流金融緩解了這些矛盾,從一定程度上促進(jìn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的健康發(fā)展。但是由于目前中國(guó)的物流金融發(fā)展尚不完善、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的不同生命周期階段對(duì)物流金融服務(wù)的需求不一致、物流金融服務(wù)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的供給存在不足等問(wèn)題的存在,導(dǎo)致了物流金融服務(wù)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展支持有限的現(xiàn)狀,因此需要進(jìn)行基于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的物流金融服務(wù)創(chuàng)新研究。 本文的最大特點(diǎn)是以產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的生命周期為視角開(kāi)展物流金融服務(wù)創(chuàng)新。首先,系統(tǒng)地闡述了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展理論、物流金融理論、供應(yīng)鏈金融理論以及金融服務(wù)創(chuàng)新理論等與本文相關(guān)的理論,并從相關(guān)理論中得出對(duì)本文的啟示；其次,詳細(xì)地分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的生命周期各階段的物流金融服務(wù)需求特點(diǎn),研究了現(xiàn)階段物流金融對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的供給現(xiàn)狀及不足；最后,明確了物流金融服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的方向、設(shè)計(jì)了物流金融服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的具體內(nèi)容、提出了物流金融服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的保證措施,以期能為產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The level of industrial economic development in China has always lagged behind that of developed countries, which is rooted in the backward development of the industrial chain, which is manifested in the lack of smooth cooperation in the industrial chain and the unsmooth convergence between the industrial chains, and so on.These problems lead to the low level of cooperation and high operating cost of enterprises in the industrial chain. Logistics finance alleviates these contradictions and promotes the healthy development of the industrial chain to a certain extent.However, as the development of logistics finance in China is not perfect, the demand for logistics financial services in different life cycle stages of industrial chain development is not consistent, and the supply of logistics financial services to the industrial chain is insufficient and so on.This leads to the limited support of logistics financial services to the development of industry chain, so it is necessary to study the innovation of logistics financial services based on the development of industry chain.The main characteristic of this paper is to develop the innovation of logistics financial service from the perspective of the life cycle of industrial chain development.First of all, the development theory of industry chain, the theory of logistics finance, the theory of supply chain finance and the theory of financial service innovation are systematically expounded, and the enlightenment to this paper is obtained from the relevant theories.This paper analyzes in detail the characteristics of logistics financial service demand in each stage of the life cycle of industrial chain development, studies the present supply status and deficiency of logistics finance to the development of industry chain, finally, defines the direction of innovation of logistics financial service.This paper designs the concrete contents of logistics financial service innovation and puts forward the guarantee measures of logistics financial service innovation in order to lay a good foundation for the healthy development of industrial economy.
