【摘要】:組織文化被普遍認(rèn)為是一個(gè)組織賴以生存和發(fā)展的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,是組織進(jìn)行科學(xué)管理的重要內(nèi)容,它對(duì)我國(guó)政府的執(zhí)政理念、管理機(jī)制和服務(wù)水平的轉(zhuǎn)變具有積極的促進(jìn)作用。工商行政管理部門作為市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管和行政執(zhí)法的政府部門,承擔(dān)著對(duì)市場(chǎng)主體的大量的行政管理和行政執(zhí)法工作,如何提高組織管理的效率,提高行政效能是工商行政管理人員需要不斷思考的問題;另外,,由于工商行政管理部門是政府的窗口單位,工商行政管理人員的一言一行都關(guān)乎政府的形象。而加強(qiáng)組織文化建設(shè)無疑有利于提高工商部門的行政效率和美化外部形象。因此,對(duì)工商行政管理部門的組織文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行研究具有非常深刻的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本論文的研究方法是以陽江市工商局的組織文化建設(shè)為研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、訪談法和問卷調(diào)查法,對(duì)學(xué)界關(guān)于組織文化的見解和主張進(jìn)行梳理、比較分析,從組織文化意義、類型和結(jié)構(gòu),并引用國(guó)內(nèi)外管理大師對(duì)組織文化的論述,明確指出組織文化的理論基礎(chǔ)及基本內(nèi)涵,對(duì)陽江市工商局組織文化進(jìn)行分析,在討論組織文化與組織文化的建設(shè)具體內(nèi)容的同時(shí),找出組織文化中存在的不足因素,并提出陽江市工商局進(jìn)行組織文化建設(shè)的必然性,聯(lián)系實(shí)際,提出當(dāng)前陽江市工商局進(jìn)行組織文化建設(shè)的具體工作內(nèi)容和舉措,指明未來組織文化發(fā)展的新方向。本文的研究可以由個(gè)案推廣到普遍,為其它行政部門的組織文化建設(shè)提供參考實(shí)例。 本論文研究得出的結(jié)論:組織文化建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)性的工程,通過組織文化建設(shè),可以提升組織不但可以提升組織內(nèi)部的管理水平,而且可以提升組織的外部形象。
[Abstract]:Organizational culture is generally regarded as the core competitiveness of an organization for survival and development, and an important part of scientific management. It has a positive effect on the transformation of our government's governing concept, management mechanism and service level.As a government department of market supervision and administrative law enforcement, the administrative department for industry and commerce undertakes a large amount of administrative management and law enforcement work to the market main body, how to improve the efficiency of organization management.To improve administrative efficiency is a problem that the administrators of industry and commerce need to think about constantly. In addition, because the administrative department of industry and commerce is the window unit of the government, all the words and deeds of the industrial and commercial administrators are related to the image of the government.Strengthening the construction of organizational culture is undoubtedly conducive to improving the administrative efficiency of the industrial and commercial departments and beautifying the external image.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the organizational culture construction of the administrative department for industry and commerce.The research method of this thesis is to take the organizational culture construction of Yangjiang Municipal Bureau of Industry and Commerce as the research object, using the method of literature analysis, interview and questionnaire, to sort out and compare the opinions and opinions of the academic circles on organizational culture.From the meaning, type and structure of organizational culture, and citing the exposition of management masters at home and abroad on organizational culture, this paper clearly points out the theoretical basis and basic connotation of organizational culture, and analyzes the organizational culture of Yangjiang Municipal Bureau of Industry and Commerce.While discussing the concrete contents of organizational culture and organizational culture construction, this paper finds out the deficiency factors in organizational culture, and puts forward the inevitability of the construction of organizational culture in Yangjiang Municipal Administration of Industry and Commerce.This paper puts forward the concrete contents and measures for the construction of organizational culture in Yangjiang Municipal Bureau of Industry and Commerce at present, and points out the new direction of the development of organizational culture in the future.The research of this paper can be extended from case to general, and provide reference examples for the construction of organizational culture of other administrative departments.The conclusion of this paper is that the construction of organizational culture is a systematic project. Through the construction of organizational culture, the organization can not only enhance the management level within the organization, but also enhance the external image of the organization.
