【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟全球化步伐的加快和物流管理理論的發(fā)展,企業(yè)面臨越來越激烈的市場競爭,現(xiàn)代物流已逐漸被當作企業(yè)降低材料消耗和提高勞動生產(chǎn)率以外的第三利潤源,影響企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的質(zhì)量和速度,物流已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)贏得不可或缺的條件。特別是在物流企業(yè),速度和質(zhì)量是物流企業(yè)的活力保證。用六西格瑪管理方法成功地應(yīng)用于生產(chǎn)和服務(wù)領(lǐng)域,也為物流管理、物流成本管理、物流績效管理提供了更有效的手段和方法,物流管理和六西格瑪管理的互通性,使六西格瑪管理方法更容易應(yīng)用于物流企業(yè)管理。六西格瑪管理使用科學(xué)的方法來提高效率,.質(zhì)量卓越,大大提高客戶滿意度,從而使企業(yè)“更快,更高,更強”。 本文整合現(xiàn)有的理論成果和實踐經(jīng)驗,闡述了六西格瑪和六西格瑪管理的內(nèi)涵,并分析了第三方物流企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀,指出第三方物流企業(yè)應(yīng)用六西格瑪?shù)谋匾��?并提出了應(yīng)用六西格瑪?shù)那疤釛l件,明確第三方物流企業(yè)應(yīng)該如何導(dǎo)入六西格瑪管理方法,分析了六西格瑪管理的兩個重要方法：DMAIC方法和DFSS方法,對DMAIC方法改進的模型做了詳盡闡述。本文以A公司的第三方物流企業(yè)為例探討第三方物流企業(yè)應(yīng)用六西格瑪管理,詳細介紹了六西格瑪改進的過程和結(jié)果,最后,本文針對第三方物流企業(yè)應(yīng)用六西格瑪管理發(fā)展前景進行了展望。本文對物流企業(yè)開展企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理創(chuàng)新,引進最先進的管理理念和管理方法,對提高物流企業(yè)管理和企業(yè)績效水平具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization and the development of logistics management theory, enterprises are facing more and more fierce market competition. Modern logistics has been regarded as the third profit source besides reducing material consumption and improving labor productivity. Affecting the quality and speed of enterprise production, logistics has become an indispensable condition for enterprises to win, especially in logistics enterprises, Speed and quality are the guarantee of the vitality of logistics enterprises. The six Sigma management method has been successfully applied to the production and service fields, and has also provided more effective means and methods for logistics management, logistics cost management, and logistics performance management. The interoperability between logistics management and six Sigma management makes it easier to apply six Sigma management methods to logistics enterprise management. Six Sigma Management uses scientific methods to improve efficiency. So that the enterprise "faster, higher, stronger." This paper integrates the existing theoretical achievements and practical experiences, expounds the connotation of six Sigma and six Sigma management, analyzes the current situation of quality management in third party logistics enterprises, and points out the necessity of applying six sigma to third party logistics enterprises. It also puts forward the precondition of applying six sigma, clarifies how the third party logistics enterprise should introduce six sigma management method, and analyzes two important methods of six sigma management:: DMAIC method and DFSS method. This paper takes the third party logistics enterprise of A company as an example to discuss the application of six Sigma management in the third party logistics enterprise, and introduces the process and result of the six sigma improvement in detail. This paper looks forward to the development prospect of applying six Sigma management to the third party logistics enterprises. This paper introduces the most advanced management concepts and methods to the logistics enterprises to carry out internal management innovation. It has certain guiding significance to improve logistics enterprise management and enterprise performance level.
