【摘要】:目前,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)正進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展的全球化時期,物流企業(yè)作為我國的一個新興產(chǎn)業(yè),要想得到長足穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,企業(yè)的人力資源管理必然要在競爭激烈的市場環(huán)境中得到更充分的重視,尤其是績效管理方面?冃Ч芾肀环Q為是現(xiàn)代人力資源管理的核心內(nèi)容之一,也是企業(yè)實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的一種重要手段,通過績效管理,可以提升企業(yè)品牌,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競爭力。新達(dá)物流公司是一家小型的民營企業(yè),開展第三方物流業(yè)務(wù)。物流是該公司堅持的主導(dǎo)方向。目前,公司的規(guī)模在逐步擴(kuò)大,員工人數(shù)更是與日俱增,公司在人力資源管理方面的要求越來越高,對績效管理也提出了更高的要求。因此,根據(jù)企業(yè)的規(guī)模和發(fā)展方向研制一套符合公司的管理需求、能夠為公司的經(jīng)營指明方向、滿足員工的利益需求的績效管理體系,是一項迫在眉睫的重要任務(wù)。本文對績效管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了綜述,介紹了構(gòu)成績效管理體系的要素,闡釋了績效管理的應(yīng)用價值,為本文的展開提供了理論上的支持。本文調(diào)研了新達(dá)物流公司績效管理的現(xiàn)狀,并對形成此現(xiàn)狀的原因進(jìn)行分析,找出其存在的問題,重點(diǎn)是針對問題,結(jié)合新達(dá)物流公司戰(zhàn)略,構(gòu)建員工績效管理體系,達(dá)到通過合理的績效管理體系來激勵員工的工作行為,提高公司的業(yè)績的目標(biāo)。本文將平衡記分卡法和KPI法相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建出新達(dá)物流公司企業(yè)級、部門級以及員工的績效評價體系,在對績效指標(biāo)設(shè)置權(quán)重的時候,則采取權(quán)值因子法,運(yùn)用績效管理的過程理論,設(shè)計出適合新達(dá)物流公司特點(diǎn)的績效管理流程體系,從而構(gòu)建新達(dá)物流公司員工績效管理體系,使其具有科學(xué)性、完整性。同時,也希望為其他物流企業(yè)構(gòu)建績效管理體系的時候提供一定的參考及其建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the world economy is entering a period of rapid development of globalization. Logistics enterprises, as a new industry of our country, want to achieve substantial and stable development. The human resource management of enterprises must be paid more attention to in the competitive market environment, especially in the aspect of performance management, which is regarded as one of the core contents of modern human resources management. It is also an important means for enterprises to achieve their strategic goals. Through performance management, it can enhance the brand and competitiveness of enterprises. Logistics is the leading direction of the company. At present, the scale of the company is gradually expanding, the number of employees is increasing, and the requirements of the company in human resources management are becoming higher and higher. Therefore, according to the scale and development direction of the enterprise, a set of performance management system can be developed according to the management needs of the company, which can point out the direction of the management of the company and meet the interests of the employees. This paper summarizes the relevant theories of performance management, introduces the elements that constitute the performance management system, and explains the application value of performance management. This paper investigates the current situation of performance management in Xinda Logistics Company, analyzes the reasons for this situation, finds out the existing problems, and focuses on the problems. Combined with the strategy of Xinda Logistics Company, this paper constructs employee performance management system to achieve the goal of encouraging employees' work behavior and improving the performance of the company through a reasonable performance management system. This paper combines balanced Scorecard method and KPI method. The enterprise level, department level and employee performance evaluation system of Xinda logistics company are constructed. When setting up the weight of performance index, the weight value factor method is adopted, and the process theory of performance management is used. The performance management process system suitable for Xinda logistics company is designed, and the employee performance management system of Xinda logistics company is constructed to make it scientific and complete. It also hopes to provide some reference and suggestions for other logistics enterprises to build performance management system.
