【摘要】：生態(tài)型城鎮(zhèn)化是新型城鎮(zhèn)化的重要特征。南京市作為東部地區(qū)中心城市,考量其生態(tài)城市的建設(shè)進(jìn)展對推動新型城鎮(zhèn)化具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。通過構(gòu)建南京生態(tài)城市評價指標(biāo)體系,定量研究南京的生態(tài)城市建設(shè)進(jìn)展。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)南京生態(tài)城市建設(shè)程度為一般水平;(2)城鎮(zhèn)污水處理能力和水環(huán)境質(zhì)量低下、空氣環(huán)境質(zhì)量不佳、城鎮(zhèn)生活垃圾無害化處理率低、公眾對環(huán)境滿意率低等環(huán)境保護(hù)問題是阻滯南京生態(tài)城市建設(shè)進(jìn)展的主要原因。最后,根據(jù)定量和定性分析結(jié)果,研究提出了切實(shí)可行的改進(jìn)對策,為政府及相關(guān)部門提供政策參考。
[Abstract]:Ecological urbanization is an important feature of new urbanization. Nanjing, as the central city in the eastern region, It is of great practical significance to consider the progress of eco-city construction for promoting new urbanization. By constructing the evaluation index system of Nanjing eco-city, A quantitative study on the progress of ecological city construction in Nanjing is made. The results show that the construction of ecological city in Nanjing is to a general level) the capacity of sewage treatment and the quality of water environment in cities and towns are low, and the quality of air environment is not good. Environmental protection problems such as low disposal rate of municipal solid waste and low public satisfaction with the environment are the main reasons that hinder the progress of ecological city construction in Nanjing. Finally, according to the results of quantitative and qualitative analysis, Put forward the feasible improvement countermeasure, provide the policy reference for the government and the related department.
