【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展迅速,城鎮(zhèn)數(shù)量不斷增加,城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)模不斷擴大,城鎮(zhèn)面貌日新月異。城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展取得的成果是中國特色社會主義發(fā)展的必然結果,是社會文明不斷進步的體現(xiàn),更是推動我們國家全面建設小康社會的重要力量。城市在發(fā)展,農村在進步,城鄉(xiāng)人口的貧富差距逐漸縮小,與此同時,生態(tài)城市和示范小城鎮(zhèn)的出現(xiàn)進一步推動了城鄉(xiāng)一體化的全面發(fā)展。隨著生產力的快速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提高,人們對生態(tài)環(huán)境質量的要求也越來越高。人類在認識世界和改造世界的過程中注重對自然的尊重,對生態(tài)文明的理解越來越深刻。在城鎮(zhèn)建設方面,人類積極應對在城鎮(zhèn)化進程中出現(xiàn)的各種難題,全面協(xié)調人-自然-社會的統(tǒng)一和諧,實現(xiàn)城鎮(zhèn)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。2012年11月,黨的十八大勝利召開,生態(tài)文明作為全新的亮點被提上了前所未有的高度。十八報告用獨立的篇章來系統(tǒng)論述生態(tài)文明建設,更加鮮明的突出了生態(tài)文明建設的重要戰(zhàn)略地位。在我國城鎮(zhèn)化高速發(fā)展的今天,我們不但要面臨著一系列經(jīng)濟問題和社會問題,更不得不面對環(huán)境惡化、資源短缺等生態(tài)問題。因此,在生態(tài)文明的新背景下,如何規(guī)劃和建設社會主義新型城鎮(zhèn),如何將生態(tài)文明的理念貫穿到城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的進程中,如何實現(xiàn)人、社會、自然的和諧統(tǒng)一,是未來的城鎮(zhèn)化建設中我們需要努力去探索和實現(xiàn)的。本文主要通過五章來對城鎮(zhèn)化的相關內容進行研究。第一章為緒論,主要闡述本次研究的背景、意義、內容、研究思路；第二章為城鎮(zhèn)化理論綜述,主要對城鎮(zhèn)化和生態(tài)文明的基本理論加以總結和論述；第三章為我國城鎮(zhèn)化的現(xiàn)狀與問題,在認可城鎮(zhèn)化取得成就的基礎上,分析和總結城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展過程中產生的一系列問題；第四章為生態(tài)文明視角下我國城鎮(zhèn)化實現(xiàn)路徑,即以生態(tài)文明為大前提作為指導,結合前面三章的內容,綜合研究并提出解決問題的方法。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's urbanization has developed rapidly, the number of cities and towns has been increasing, the scale of cities and towns has been expanding, and the appearance of cities and towns has changed with each passing day. The achievements of urbanization development are the inevitable results of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is an embodiment of the continuous progress of social civilization and an important force in promoting our country's overall construction of a well-off society. Cities are developing, rural areas are progressing, and the gap between the rich and the poor of the urban and rural population is gradually narrowing, while at the same time, The emergence of eco-cities and demonstration towns has further promoted the overall development of urban-rural integration. With the rapid development of productive forces and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, In the process of understanding and transforming the world, people pay more and more attention to the respect of nature and the understanding of ecological civilization. In November 2012, the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was successfully held in order to coordinate the unity and harmony of nature and society, and to realize the sustainable development of cities and towns. As a new bright spot, ecological civilization has been raised to an unprecedented height. The Eighteenth report systematically discusses the construction of ecological civilization with an independent chapter. Today, with the rapid development of urbanization in China, we are not only faced with a series of economic and social problems, but also have to face the deterioration of the environment. Therefore, in the new background of ecological civilization, how to plan and build new socialist towns, how to run through the concept of ecological civilization into the process of urbanization, how to realize people, society, The harmony and unity of nature is what we need to explore and realize in the construction of urbanization in the future. This paper mainly studies the related contents of urbanization through five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly expounds the background and significance of this research. The second chapter is the summary of urbanization theory, which mainly summarizes and discusses the basic theories of urbanization and ecological civilization; the third chapter is the status quo and problems of urbanization in China, based on the recognition of the achievements of urbanization. Analysis and summary of a series of problems arising in the process of urbanization development. Chapter four is the path to realize urbanization in China from the perspective of ecological civilization, that is, taking ecological civilization as the main premise, combining the contents of the previous three chapters, A comprehensive study is made and a method to solve the problem is put forward.
