【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展迅速,城鎮(zhèn)數(shù)量不斷增加,城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,城鎮(zhèn)面貌日新月異。城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展取得的成果是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果,是社會(huì)文明不斷進(jìn)步的體現(xiàn),更是推動(dòng)我們國(guó)家全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的重要力量。城市在發(fā)展,農(nóng)村在進(jìn)步,城鄉(xiāng)人口的貧富差距逐漸縮小,與此同時(shí),生態(tài)城市和示范小城鎮(zhèn)的出現(xiàn)進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)了城鄉(xiāng)一體化的全面發(fā)展。隨著生產(chǎn)力的快速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提高,人們對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量的要求也越來(lái)越高。人類在認(rèn)識(shí)世界和改造世界的過(guò)程中注重對(duì)自然的尊重,對(duì)生態(tài)文明的理解越來(lái)越深刻。在城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)方面,人類積極應(yīng)對(duì)在城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中出現(xiàn)的各種難題,全面協(xié)調(diào)人-自然-社會(huì)的統(tǒng)一和諧,實(shí)現(xiàn)城鎮(zhèn)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。2012年11月,黨的十八大勝利召開(kāi),生態(tài)文明作為全新的亮點(diǎn)被提上了前所未有的高度。十八報(bào)告用獨(dú)立的篇章來(lái)系統(tǒng)論述生態(tài)文明建設(shè),更加鮮明的突出了生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的重要戰(zhàn)略地位。在我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化高速發(fā)展的今天,我們不但要面臨著一系列經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題和社會(huì)問(wèn)題,更不得不面對(duì)環(huán)境惡化、資源短缺等生態(tài)問(wèn)題。因此,在生態(tài)文明的新背景下,如何規(guī)劃和建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新型城鎮(zhèn),如何將生態(tài)文明的理念貫穿到城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)人、社會(huì)、自然的和諧統(tǒng)一,是未來(lái)的城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中我們需要努力去探索和實(shí)現(xiàn)的。本文主要通過(guò)五章來(lái)對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化的相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究。第一章為緒論,主要闡述本次研究的背景、意義、內(nèi)容、研究思路；第二章為城鎮(zhèn)化理論綜述,主要對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化和生態(tài)文明的基本理論加以總結(jié)和論述；第三章為我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化的現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題,在認(rèn)可城鎮(zhèn)化取得成就的基礎(chǔ)上,分析和總結(jié)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的一系列問(wèn)題；第四章為生態(tài)文明視角下我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑,即以生態(tài)文明為大前提作為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合前面三章的內(nèi)容,綜合研究并提出解決問(wèn)題的方法。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's urbanization has developed rapidly, the number of cities and towns has been increasing, the scale of cities and towns has been expanding, and the appearance of cities and towns has changed with each passing day. The achievements of urbanization development are the inevitable results of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is an embodiment of the continuous progress of social civilization and an important force in promoting our country's overall construction of a well-off society. Cities are developing, rural areas are progressing, and the gap between the rich and the poor of the urban and rural population is gradually narrowing, while at the same time, The emergence of eco-cities and demonstration towns has further promoted the overall development of urban-rural integration. With the rapid development of productive forces and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, In the process of understanding and transforming the world, people pay more and more attention to the respect of nature and the understanding of ecological civilization. In November 2012, the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was successfully held in order to coordinate the unity and harmony of nature and society, and to realize the sustainable development of cities and towns. As a new bright spot, ecological civilization has been raised to an unprecedented height. The Eighteenth report systematically discusses the construction of ecological civilization with an independent chapter. Today, with the rapid development of urbanization in China, we are not only faced with a series of economic and social problems, but also have to face the deterioration of the environment. Therefore, in the new background of ecological civilization, how to plan and build new socialist towns, how to run through the concept of ecological civilization into the process of urbanization, how to realize people, society, The harmony and unity of nature is what we need to explore and realize in the construction of urbanization in the future. This paper mainly studies the related contents of urbanization through five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly expounds the background and significance of this research. The second chapter is the summary of urbanization theory, which mainly summarizes and discusses the basic theories of urbanization and ecological civilization; the third chapter is the status quo and problems of urbanization in China, based on the recognition of the achievements of urbanization. Analysis and summary of a series of problems arising in the process of urbanization development. Chapter four is the path to realize urbanization in China from the perspective of ecological civilization, that is, taking ecological civilization as the main premise, combining the contents of the previous three chapters, A comprehensive study is made and a method to solve the problem is put forward.
