【摘要】：采用部分可觀測的Bivariate Probit模型,系統(tǒng)地研究企業(yè)所處的法治環(huán)境、政治關(guān)聯(lián)類型以及產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)對其違規(guī)行為的影響。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:法治環(huán)境的改善和企業(yè)的政治關(guān)聯(lián)都能降低公司違規(guī)的概率,且這一效應(yīng)主要體現(xiàn)在官員類政治關(guān)聯(lián)中;從企業(yè)的產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)來看,國有企業(yè)的官員類政治關(guān)聯(lián)能夠降低企業(yè)違規(guī)被稽查的概率,而法治環(huán)境的改善能夠降低企業(yè)的違規(guī)傾向,從而削弱了政治關(guān)聯(lián)的作用效果;對于民營企業(yè),雖然法治環(huán)境的改善同樣降低了其違規(guī)傾向,但政治關(guān)聯(lián)對其違規(guī)被稽查的概率沒有產(chǎn)生影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the partially observable Bivariate Probit model, the rule of law environment for enterprises is systematically studied. The empirical results show that the improvement of the legal environment and the political association of enterprises can reduce the probability of corporate violations, and this effect is mainly reflected in the political association of officials; According to the nature of the property right of the enterprise, the official political connection of the state-owned enterprise can reduce the probability of the violation being checked, and the improvement of the rule of law environment can reduce the tendency of the enterprise to violate the rule of law, thus weakening the effect of the political association. For private enterprises, although the improvement of the environment of rule of law also reduces their tendency to violate the regulations, the political connection has no effect on the probability of their violations being checked.
