【摘要】：社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度是社會(huì)再分配的經(jīng)濟(jì)杠桿,是實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)公平的重要途徑,是穩(wěn)定社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ),關(guān)系到民生保障建設(shè)和社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展建設(shè)。而農(nóng)村社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度成為我國社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)最薄弱的環(huán)節(jié),關(guān)系著農(nóng)村整體制度在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域之間的配置,影響著農(nóng)村社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化、農(nóng)村農(nóng)民的生活以及整個(gè)社會(huì)和諧持續(xù)發(fā)展。農(nóng)村社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)是我國農(nóng)民生存和發(fā)展的生活保障,是我國農(nóng)村發(fā)展的有效基礎(chǔ)制度,是有利于我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的社會(huì)建設(shè)。所以,我國農(nóng)村社會(huì)養(yǎng)老問題是解決“三農(nóng)"問題的重要環(huán)節(jié),是實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)公平、穩(wěn)定和進(jìn)步的重要方面。 基于新農(nóng)保的重要性,本文選取江西省于都縣農(nóng)民作為研究對(duì)象,將他們對(duì)新農(nóng)保做出的參保決定和想法及建議作為研究內(nèi)容,站在受眾主體的角度提出如何完善新農(nóng)保建設(shè)。整理問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和訪談了解的內(nèi)容,總結(jié)于都縣新農(nóng)保取得的成果和存在的問題；針對(duì)研究內(nèi)容運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論、借鑒國內(nèi)外實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析和解讀于都縣農(nóng)民參加新農(nóng)保的影響因素,并在這些重要的影響因素研究基礎(chǔ)上,從微觀上把握新農(nóng)保如何專業(yè)、精簡、便捷的在橫向空間里流通,從宏觀上提出新農(nóng)保將如何穩(wěn)定持續(xù)的在縱向時(shí)間里發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Social old-age insurance system is an economic lever of social redistribution, an important way to realize social equity, an important basis for stabilizing social and economic development, and relates to the construction of livelihood security and the sustainable development of society. The rural social old-age insurance system has become the weakest link of the social old-age insurance in our country, which is related to the allocation of the whole rural system in various fields, and affects the changes of the rural social structure. Rural farmers' life and the harmonious and sustainable development of the whole society. The rural social endowment insurance is the living guarantee for the survival and development of the peasants in our country, the effective basic system for the rural development of our country, and the social construction beneficial to the development of our country's agriculture. Therefore, the rural social endowment problem is an important link to solve the "three rural" problem, and an important aspect to realize social equity, stability and progress. Based on the importance of the new rural insurance, this paper selects farmers in Yudu County, Jiangxi Province as the research object, taking the decision, ideas and suggestions they made on the new rural insurance as the research content, and puts forward how to perfect the construction of the new rural insurance from the perspective of the main body of the audience. Collate the contents of questionnaire survey data and interview, summarize the achievements and existing problems of New Rural Insurance in Yudu County, apply relevant theories to the research content, draw lessons from domestic and foreign practical experience, This paper analyzes and interprets the influencing factors of farmers' participation in the new rural insurance in Yudu County, and on the basis of the research of these important influencing factors, grasps how the new rural insurance works professionally, succinctly and conveniently in the horizontal space. From the macro point of view, the new rural insurance will be stable and sustainable development in the vertical time.
