【摘要】：在全球步入知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的大環(huán)境下，國際競爭日益激烈，科學(xué)的發(fā)展與知識的創(chuàng)新越來越成為決定一個(gè)國家或一個(gè)民族發(fā)展進(jìn)程的決定性因素。我國在改革開放后實(shí)施了科教興國戰(zhàn)略，隨著我國社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的確立和高等教育改革進(jìn)程的不斷深化，我國大學(xué)的生存、發(fā)展環(huán)境發(fā)生了顯著的變化。傳統(tǒng)文化中，大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)人群有著良好的社會(huì)形象，社會(huì)公眾對其道德期望也很高，但隨著社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型帶來的階層結(jié)構(gòu)和利益格局的深刻調(diào)整，高校的學(xué)術(shù)研究也出現(xiàn)了不和諧的現(xiàn)象，嚴(yán)重破壞了教書育人的學(xué)術(shù)風(fēng)氣，造成了極其負(fù)面的社會(huì)影響。令人震驚的學(xué)術(shù)不端行為，使大學(xué)的學(xué)術(shù)形象遭到破壞，，學(xué)術(shù)研究陷入誠信危機(jī)，行為者不僅損害自身的名譽(yù)，更損害了所在院校學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)體的名譽(yù)，影響的不僅是我國高校的學(xué)術(shù)風(fēng)氣，更是敗壞了我國學(xué)術(shù)界整體的學(xué)術(shù)環(huán)境，甚至影響到了中國學(xué)術(shù)在國際科學(xué)界的聲譽(yù)。端正學(xué)術(shù)態(tài)度，重塑學(xué)術(shù)形象，堅(jiān)守學(xué)術(shù)道德，遏制學(xué)術(shù)不端行為已引起國家教育部及各大高校的重視。 本文旨在全面透徹分析學(xué)術(shù)不端的內(nèi)涵、本質(zhì)及影響，探討高校學(xué)術(shù)不端事件頻發(fā)的根本原因，借鑒西方發(fā)達(dá)國家對學(xué)術(shù)不端問題的成熟的理論體系和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，進(jìn)而系統(tǒng)的、有針對性的提出我國在完善高校學(xué)術(shù)不端問題的防范機(jī)制的有效對策，促進(jìn)我國高校學(xué)術(shù)風(fēng)氣的凈化，完善高校學(xué)術(shù)管理體制。
[Abstract]:In the global era of knowledge economy, the international competition is becoming increasingly fierce. The development of science and the innovation of knowledge have become more and more decisive factors for the development of a country or a nation. China has implemented the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education after the reform and opening up. With the establishment of the socialist market economy system and the deepening of the reform of higher education, the survival and development environment of the universities in China has changed significantly. In the traditional culture, the academic population of universities has a good social image. The public's moral expectations are also very high, but with the profound adjustment of the stratum structure and interest pattern brought about by the social transformation, the academic research in colleges and universities has also appeared the phenomenon of disharmony, which has seriously damaged the academic atmosphere of teaching and educating people. Resulting in extremely negative social consequences... Shocking academic misconduct, the destruction of the academic image of the university, a crisis of integrity in academic research, and not only the reputation of the perpetrator, It has also damaged the reputation of academic groups in the institutions in which they belong. What has affected not only the academic atmosphere in our universities, but also the overall academic environment of our country, has even affected the reputation of Chinese academics in the international scientific community. Remolding academic image, adhering to academic morality and curbing academic misconduct have attracted the attention of the Ministry of Education and universities. The purpose of this paper is to thoroughly analyze the connotation, essence and influence of academic misconduct, to explore the fundamental causes of the frequent occurrence of academic misconduct in colleges and universities, and to draw lessons from the mature theoretical system and practical experience of western developed countries on academic misconduct. Then the effective countermeasures to perfect the prevention mechanism of academic misconduct in colleges and universities are put forward systematically and pertinently in order to promote the purification of academic ethos and perfect the academic management system in colleges and universities.
