【摘要】：當(dāng)前中國(guó)正正在發(fā)生著廣泛而深刻的變革,我國(guó)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了改革發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,社會(huì)的各個(gè)層面都在進(jìn)行自身的調(diào)整與轉(zhuǎn)軌。集中體現(xiàn)為“四個(gè)深刻變化”,即經(jīng)濟(jì)體制深刻變革,社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)深刻變動(dòng),利益格局深刻調(diào)整,思想觀念深刻變化。在當(dāng)前改革發(fā)展關(guān)鍵時(shí)期的背景下,在新的就業(yè)形勢(shì)下,大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題成為全社會(huì)普遍關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題�！八膫�(gè)深刻變化”對(duì)大學(xué)生的擇業(yè)觀產(chǎn)生了重要的影響,大學(xué)生擇業(yè)觀呈現(xiàn)出一些新的特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。正確的擇業(yè)觀是大學(xué)生順利就業(yè)的前提和保證。引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生樹(shù)立科學(xué)、成熟的擇業(yè)觀是新形勢(shì)下促進(jìn)就業(yè)的一項(xiàng)艱巨任務(wù)。本文深刻解讀“四個(gè)深刻變化”對(duì)大學(xué)生擇業(yè)觀的影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,為“四個(gè)深刻變化”背景下大學(xué)生擇業(yè)觀問(wèn)題提出針對(duì)性、時(shí)效性、可操作性強(qiáng)的對(duì)策建議。 本文分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分：引言,對(duì)文章基本情況進(jìn)行概述。包括本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路和研究方法以及創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分：對(duì)“四個(gè)深刻變化”理論體系進(jìn)行深刻解讀；基于社會(huì)學(xué)、教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)等學(xué)科背景,闡述了大學(xué)生擇業(yè)觀的內(nèi)涵,分析了大學(xué)生擇業(yè)觀的特征與功能。第三部分：深入探討“四個(gè)深刻變化”對(duì)大學(xué)生擇業(yè)觀的影響。本部分深刻分析了“四個(gè)深刻變化”的每一個(gè)方而對(duì)大學(xué)生擇業(yè)觀的影響,在闡述帶來(lái)的積極影響的同時(shí),也分析了消極的影響,對(duì)“四個(gè)深刻變化”影響下的大學(xué)生擇業(yè)觀現(xiàn)狀有了清晰的了解,同時(shí)也擴(kuò)展了大學(xué)生擇業(yè)觀影響因素研究的深度和廣度。第四部分：提出“四個(gè)深刻變化”背景下大學(xué)生擇業(yè)觀問(wèn)題的對(duì)策研究。主要從客觀地看待當(dāng)今“四個(gè)深刻變化”背景下的就業(yè)形勢(shì),正確認(rèn)識(shí)自我,樹(shù)立正確的擇業(yè)觀念；加強(qiáng)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的擇業(yè)觀教育；充分發(fā)揮社會(huì)的客觀保障作用這三個(gè)方而提出對(duì)策,力求為高校大學(xué)生的擇業(yè)思想與擇業(yè)行為提供一些合理化的建議,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生順利就業(yè),使他們?cè)缛粘蔀樯鐣?huì)有用之才。
[Abstract]:At present, China is undergoing extensive and profound changes. China has entered a critical period of reform and development. All levels of society are undergoing their own adjustment and transformation. They are embodied in the "four profound changes", namely, profound changes in the economic system, profound changes in the social structure, and profound adjustments in the pattern of interests. In the context of the current critical period of reform and development, in the new employment situation, The employment of college students has become a hot issue of general concern in the whole society. The "four profound changes" have had an important impact on college students' view of choosing jobs. There are some new characteristics and developing trends in college students' view of choosing jobs. A correct outlook on employment is the prerequisite and guarantee for college students to obtain employment smoothly. The mature view of job selection is an arduous task to promote employment under the new situation. This paper deeply interprets the influence of "four profound changes" on college students' view of employment, and on this basis, This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for college students' view of employment under the background of "four profound changes", such as pertinence, timeliness and maneuverability. This paper is divided into four parts.
