公民權(quán)視域下的高校貧困生受教育權(quán)問(wèn)題與社會(huì)團(tuán)結(jié)

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代國(guó)家公民對(duì)稀缺資源的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)向社會(huì)團(tuán)結(jié)提出了挑戰(zhàn)。其中,高等教育資源的稀缺與公民對(duì)高等教育資源的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)(公民權(quán)要求)構(gòu)成了深刻的緊張關(guān)系。我國(guó)高校收費(fèi)制度的改革引發(fā)貧困人群因無(wú)力支付學(xué)費(fèi)而無(wú)法分享國(guó)家教育資源的社會(huì)排斥問(wèn)題。因此,需要通過(guò)一系列救濟(jì)機(jī)制對(duì)高校貧困生進(jìn)行資助,保障作為公民權(quán)的受教育權(quán),以化解高校收費(fèi)制度與貧困生受教育權(quán)之間的沖突,促進(jìn)教育公平與社會(huì)團(tuán)結(jié)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The competition of modern citizens for scarce resources poses a challenge to social solidarity. The scarcity of higher education resources and citizens' competition for higher education resources (citizenship requirements) constitute a deep tension. The reform of college fee system in China has caused the poor people to be unable to share in the country because of their inability to pay tuition fees. Social exclusion of family educational resources... In order to resolve the conflict between the charging system and the right to education of poor students in colleges and universities, it is necessary to subsidize the poor students in colleges and universities through a series of relief mechanisms, so as to promote the realization of educational fairness and social solidarity.
