【摘要】：以過(guò)程—關(guān)系思維為本體論的懷特海機(jī)體哲學(xué),以其包容性、深邃性和生態(tài)性成為當(dāng)今哲學(xué)新的生長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。在懷特海機(jī)體哲學(xué)的視域下,師生互動(dòng)中的教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)意義存在于教師自身、學(xué)生和師生機(jī)體三個(gè)方面。師生互動(dòng)中的教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)具有兩個(gè)方面的特點(diǎn):一是指教師對(duì)學(xué)生的影響,二是指教師對(duì)師生機(jī)體的價(jià)值引領(lǐng)和價(jià)值創(chuàng)造。其具體構(gòu)成包括道德領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、智識(shí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、風(fēng)格領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和行為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)四個(gè)方面。從壓制轉(zhuǎn)向說(shuō)服是師生互動(dòng)中教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Whitehead's philosophy of organism, which takes process-relation thinking as its ontology, has become a new growing point of philosophy with its inclusiveness, depth and ecology. From the perspective of Whitehead's philosophy of organism, the significance of teacher leadership in teacher-student interaction lies in three aspects: teacher itself, students and teachers and students. Teachers' leadership in teacher-student interaction has two characteristics: one is the influence of teachers on students, the other is the value guidance and value creation of teachers and students. Its specific composition includes four aspects: moral leadership, intellectual leadership, style leadership and behavioral leadership. From repression to persuasion is the key point of teachers'leadership in teacher-student interaction.
