【摘要】:精準扶貧是以習近平為總書記的黨中央在新時期提出的有關扶貧工作的新的戰(zhàn)略舉措。開展教育精準扶貧,不僅是教育發(fā)展的需要,也是通過扶智阻止貧困代際傳遞,實現(xiàn)社會公平的重要途徑之一。臺灣地區(qū)實施的"偏鄉(xiāng)地區(qū)中小學網(wǎng)絡課業(yè)輔導服務計劃",動員高校在校生以網(wǎng)絡助學方式為手段,滿足臺灣偏遠地區(qū)的中小學生課外輔導需求,既縮小了城鄉(xiāng)間的教育差距,又培養(yǎng)了高校學生的人文關懷精神,實現(xiàn)了教育扶貧與育人的雙豐收,對大陸開展教育精準扶貧有重要啟示。
[Abstract]:The precise poverty with Xi Jinping as general secretary of the CPC Central Committee put forward in the new period of the new poverty alleviation strategy. To carry out the education of accurate poverty, is not only the need of the development of education, but also through the Fu Chi prevent the intergenerational transmission of poverty, an important way to realize social justice. The implementation of the "Taiwan area rural area small network tutoring service plan, mobilize college students to the network teaching methods as a means to meet the remote areas of Taiwan primary and middle school students extracurricular counseling needs, not only reduced the education gap between urban and rural areas, and the training of high school students' humanistic spirit, to achieve a double harvest of education poverty and education, education has important precise poverty enlightenment to mainland China.
