【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的飛速成長,帶領(lǐng)全球進入信息時代。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展帶來了深刻的社會變革,促使很多行業(yè)發(fā)生革命性的轉(zhuǎn)變。Mooc(Massive 0pen 0nline Course)便是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和教育的典型應(yīng)用,不但解決了優(yōu)質(zhì)課程資源分享的問題,還能與傳統(tǒng)教育不斷的融合,極大地推動了教學(xué)模式改革。在線教育之所以能為教育行業(yè)帶來新的革命,正是因為在線教育與傳統(tǒng)教育兩方面之間存在著機遇與挑戰(zhàn)、沖突與抗衡。論文以市場機制實現(xiàn)在線教育產(chǎn)業(yè)化為目標(biāo),通過政策研究、文獻研究、市場調(diào)研、案例分析調(diào)研等方法,研究ACAA公司在線課程平臺項目的可實施性。具體包含從需求、導(dǎo)向、技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟、社會等方面研究項目的可行性;分析在線教育的整體情況、發(fā)展與潛力;研究公司面對的競爭環(huán)境,制定詳細(xì)的項目實施方案及步驟,涉及在線課程平臺項目中的平臺建設(shè)、課程建設(shè)、機制建設(shè)、渠道建設(shè)等;根據(jù)市場預(yù)測ACAA在線課程平臺產(chǎn)品的預(yù)期收益及成本演變,分析平臺盈利能力。最后對項目所面對的各種風(fēng)險進行了闡述并準(zhǔn)備各種預(yù)案。論文對本項目的政策環(huán)境、競爭環(huán)境、需求環(huán)境、實施方案及風(fēng)險應(yīng)對等方面進行了充分分析后,得出ACAA公司在線課程平臺項目完全可行,可以預(yù)期項目在推動教學(xué)資源共享、轉(zhuǎn)變學(xué)校教學(xué)模式、提升中國教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量等方面發(fā)揮巨大作用。同時,企業(yè)也可從項目中獲取相應(yīng)的收益。
[Abstract]:The rapid growth of the Internet leads the world into the information age.The rapid development of Internet technology has brought about profound social changes, which has led to a revolutionary change in many industries. Mooco massive 0pen 0nline course is a typical application of the Internet and education. It not only solves the problem of sharing high-quality curriculum resources,Also can with the traditional education unceasing fusion, promoted the teaching pattern reform greatly.The reason why online education can bring a new revolution for the education industry is precisely because there are opportunities and challenges, conflicts and rivalries between online education and traditional education.This paper aims at realizing the industrialization of online education by market mechanism. Through the methods of policy research, literature research, market research and case study, this paper studies the implementability of the online course platform project of ACAA Company.It includes the feasibility of research projects from demand, orientation, technology, economy and society; analyzes the overall situation, development and potential of online education; studies the competitive environment faced by the company, and formulates detailed project implementation plans and steps.It involves the platform construction, curriculum construction, mechanism construction, channel construction and so on in the online course platform project. According to the forecast of expected income and cost evolution of ACAA online course platform product, the profitability of the platform is analyzed.Finally, the various risks faced by the project are described and various plans are prepared.After analyzing the policy environment, competition environment, demand environment, implementation scheme and risk response of the project, the paper concludes that the online course platform project of ACAA Company is feasible and can be expected to promote the sharing of teaching resources.Changing the school teaching mode and improving the quality of education and teaching in China play a great role.At the same time, the enterprise can also obtain the corresponding income from the project.
