【摘要】：對學校組織道德學習的本然特質與發(fā)生機制的探尋,有助于基于道德立場的學校組織變革理論與實踐的進步。學校組織道德學習對學校組織變革的整體實現(xiàn)有諸多益處,體現(xiàn)于學校組織內部的個體本身、個體間關系,乃至學校組織與其他學校組織關系發(fā)展諸方面。要推進學校組織道德學習進程,須借助個人、學校組織及教育政策等方面的共同努力。
[Abstract]:The exploration of the nature and mechanism of school organization moral learning is helpful to the progress of the theory and practice of school organization change based on moral standpoint. School organization moral learning has many benefits for the overall realization of school organization change. In order to promote the process of moral learning in the school organization, the individual itself, the relationship between the individual and the school organization, and the relationship between the school organization and other school organizations should be promoted through the help of the individual. Joint efforts in school organization and educational policy.
