CMMI在網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)空間軟件項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:軟件項(xiàng)目管理是建立軟件生產(chǎn)線的必經(jīng)之路,軟件項(xiàng)目管理是以模型和理論為指導(dǎo)的,理解并結(jié)合軟件組織的自身特征和開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀的。CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration,即能力成熟度模型集成)是幫助軟件項(xiàng)目控制和改進(jìn)軟件開發(fā)和管理過程,從而不斷改進(jìn)提高軟件質(zhì)量的國(guó)際通行標(biāo)準(zhǔn),CMMI提出了軟件項(xiàng)目管理并給出了達(dá)到各成熟等級(jí)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但是CMMI缺少具體可操作的實(shí)施方法和確實(shí)有效的實(shí)施措施。該文從CMMI出發(fā),選定網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)空間軟件項(xiàng)目為特定研究對(duì)象,分析了項(xiàng)目實(shí)施中遇到的問題和原因,結(jié)合CMMI第二級(jí)和CMMI第三級(jí)的關(guān)鍵過程域,提出了改進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)空間軟件項(xiàng)目管理的策略,并對(duì)比了實(shí)施效果,以期通過提升項(xiàng)目管理水平使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)空間的軟件質(zhì)量有所保證。
[Abstract]:Software project management is the only way to establish software production line, and software project management is guided by model and theory. Understanding and integrating the characteristics of software organization and the current situation of development. CMMI capability Maturity Model Integration is to help the software project control and improve the software development and management process. In order to continuously improve the international standard for improving software quality, CMMI puts forward the software project management and gives the standards to meet the various mature levels. However, CMMI lacks concrete operable implementation methods and effective implementation measures. This paper starts from CMMI. This paper selects the Web-based learning space software project as the specific research object, analyzes the problems and reasons encountered in the implementation of the project, combines the key process areas of the second stage of CMMI and the third level of CMMI, and puts forward the strategies to improve the project management of the web-based learning space software. The results are compared in order to ensure the software quality of network learning space by improving the level of project management.
