湖北省教師教育網(wǎng)聯(lián)同步課堂教學(xué)互動(dòng)觀察與效果分析研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)的教師教育改革發(fā)展正處于關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,教育信息化的不斷發(fā)展促進(jìn)了教師教育發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性轉(zhuǎn)變,網(wǎng)聯(lián)同步課堂是實(shí)現(xiàn)這一轉(zhuǎn)變的重大舉措和突破口。為了促進(jìn)教師教育優(yōu)質(zhì)資源共享、平衡區(qū)域發(fā)展,湖北省教育廳聯(lián)合湖北省十六所師范類(lèi)院校組建了湖北省教師教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)盟,通過(guò)網(wǎng)聯(lián)同步課堂的方式進(jìn)行師范生培養(yǎng)。在網(wǎng)聯(lián)同步課堂環(huán)境下,教學(xué)互動(dòng)過(guò)程發(fā)生了很大改變,本文以此為切入點(diǎn),對(duì)同步課堂教學(xué)互動(dòng)進(jìn)行研究。本文以湖北省網(wǎng)聯(lián)同步課堂為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行課堂互動(dòng)觀察,分析課堂教學(xué)互動(dòng),并采用對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和對(duì)教師進(jìn)行訪談的方法分析同步課堂互動(dòng)效果,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問(wèn)題,并提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)策略。基于以上思路,本文分為六章展開(kāi)研究:第一章,介紹了本文的研究背景與研究意義,梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于課堂互動(dòng)的研究成果,并闡述了論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和采用的研究方法;第二章,對(duì)湖北省教師教育網(wǎng)聯(lián)同步課堂架構(gòu)和教學(xué)互動(dòng)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析。首先,對(duì)教師教育網(wǎng)聯(lián)同步課堂進(jìn)行總體介紹;其次,介紹同步課堂環(huán)境建設(shè)以及數(shù)據(jù)傳輸方式;最后對(duì)同步課堂互動(dòng)過(guò)程以及互動(dòng)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析;第三章,根據(jù)網(wǎng)聯(lián)同步課堂環(huán)境特點(diǎn)和教學(xué)互動(dòng)的特點(diǎn),基于FIAS和ITIAS設(shè)計(jì)同步課堂教學(xué)互動(dòng)行為觀察量表,選取網(wǎng)聯(lián)同步課堂互動(dòng)觀察案例,根據(jù)該量表對(duì)案例課堂實(shí)錄進(jìn)行編碼,并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的收集,在數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)及分析的基礎(chǔ)上,分析課堂互動(dòng)行為;第四章,通過(guò)對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和對(duì)教師進(jìn)行訪談的方式對(duì)同步課堂教學(xué)互動(dòng)效果進(jìn)行分析;第五章,基于課堂觀察與效果分析的基礎(chǔ),對(duì)同步課堂教學(xué)互動(dòng)中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行總結(jié),并提出改進(jìn)的建議和策略;第六章,總結(jié)研究過(guò)程,反思研究的不足并對(duì)進(jìn)一步的研究進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:The reform and development of teacher education in our country is in a critical period. The continuous development of educational informatization has promoted the strategic transformation of teacher education development. In order to promote the sharing of high-quality resources for teacher education and balance regional development, The Education Department of Hubei Province, in conjunction with 16 normal colleges in Hubei Province, has formed a network alliance of teachers' education in Hubei Province to train the students of teachers' colleges through the simultaneous classroom of the network federation. In the synchronous classroom environment of the network federation, The process of teaching interaction has changed a lot. This paper takes this as the starting point to study the synchronous classroom teaching interaction. This paper takes the synchronized classroom of Hubei Province as the research object, carries on the classroom interaction observation, analyzes the classroom teaching interaction. This paper analyzes the effect of synchronous classroom interaction by questionnaire survey on students and interviews with teachers, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies. Based on the above ideas, this paper is divided into six chapters: chapter one, This paper introduces the research background and significance of this paper, combs the domestic and foreign research results on classroom interaction, and describes the main research content and research methods. This paper analyzes the characteristics of synchronous classroom structure and teaching interaction in Hubei Province. Firstly, it introduces the synchronous classroom of teacher education network, secondly, it introduces the construction of synchronous classroom environment and the mode of data transmission. Finally, the synchronous classroom interaction process and interaction characteristics are analyzed. Chapter three, according to the characteristics of synchronous classroom environment and teaching interaction, based on FIAS and ITIAS, we design the observation scale of synchronous classroom teaching interaction behavior. According to this scale, the classroom record is coded, and the data is collected. On the basis of data statistics and analysis, the classroom interaction behavior is analyzed. Chapter 4th, Through the questionnaire survey to the students and interviews with teachers to analyze the interactive effect of synchronous classroom teaching. Chapter 5th, based on the basis of classroom observation and effect analysis, summarizes the existing problems in synchronous classroom teaching interaction. Chapter 6th summarizes the research process, reflects on the shortcomings of the research and looks forward to further research.
