【摘要】：將基于小規(guī)模限制性在線課程(SPOC)的混合教學模式引入到高職院校教學實踐中,有利于促進高職教育教學改革,提升教學質量;但是由于信息與傳播技術(ICT)能力欠缺,很多教師在利用SPOC開展混合教學的過程中,很難將信息化手段準確地應用到翻轉教學的各個環(huán)節(jié)中去。筆者分析了教師在建設SPOC過程中需要的ICT能力,并在此基礎上提出了提升教師ICT能力的策略。
[Abstract]:Introducing the mixed teaching model based on the limited online course SPOC) into the teaching practice of higher vocational colleges will help to promote the reform of higher vocational education and improve the quality of teaching, but due to the lack of information and communication technology (ICTT), In the process of using SPOC to carry out mixed teaching, it is very difficult for many teachers to apply information technology to each link of flipping teaching accurately. The author analyzes the ability of ICT that teachers need in the process of building SPOC. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the strategy of improving teachers' ICT ability.
