【摘要】：急劇變化的社會和多元取向的價值觀,使得小學生面臨的環(huán)境日益復雜,在這樣的社會大背景下,學校心理健康教育逐漸成為世界教育領域的重要課題。隨著素質教育的全面發(fā)展和研究的逐步深入,小學心理健康教育已然成為實現(xiàn)學生心理健康成長、培養(yǎng)學生良好心理素質和激發(fā)學生內在潛能的重要途徑。本研究以蘭州市城關區(qū)為例在對國內外相關研究的梳理與分析的基礎上,通過自編問卷,以調查與訪談的方式式對蘭州市城關區(qū)59所小學的心理健康教育工作現(xiàn)狀進行了調查研究。發(fā)現(xiàn),雖然城關區(qū)小學心理健康教育取得了一定的成績:(1)小學生心理健康教育受到了教育部門和學校的重視;(2)課程安排已步入學校正規(guī);(3)城關區(qū)小學心理健康教育的開展形式多樣,成果顯著。但依然存在以下問題:(1)心理健康教育發(fā)展較快,但發(fā)展不平衡。(2)開展形式多樣,但專業(yè)化水平不高。(3)師資薄弱,專業(yè)教師匱乏。(4)缺乏專業(yè)的教師培訓。(5)心理輔導室利用率不高。針對存在的問題,本研究提出以下建議與措施(1)完善組織管理體系。(2)加強教師培訓,提高專業(yè)水平。(3)增強專業(yè)培訓的針對性。(4)有效開展心理健康教育的實踐研究。(5)改變傳統(tǒng)的教學方式,實施活動創(chuàng)新策略。
[Abstract]:The rapidly changing society and the values of pluralistic orientation make the environment of primary school students more and more complex. In such a social background, School mental health education has gradually become an important subject in the field of education in the world. With the overall development of quality education and the gradual deepening of research, mental health education in primary schools has become the realization of students' mental health growth. This study takes Chengguan District of Lanzhou City as an example on the basis of combing and analyzing related research at home and abroad, through self-compiling questionnaire, The present situation of mental health education in 59 primary schools in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City was investigated by way of investigation and interview. Although the mental health education of primary schools in Chengguan District has made certain achievements: 1) the mental health education of primary school students has been attached importance to by the education departments and schools. (2) the curriculum arrangement has entered the formal school level. (3) the development of mental health education in primary schools in Chengguan District has various forms. The results are remarkable, but there are still the following problems: 1) Mental health education develops rapidly, but the development is uneven. 2) the forms of development are diverse, but the level of specialization is not high. 3) the teachers are weak. Lack of professional teachers. 4) lack of professional teacher training. 5) the utilization rate of psychological counseling room is not high. In view of the existing problems, the following suggestions and measures are put forward in this study: 1) perfecting the organization and management system. (2) strengthening teacher training. Improve the professional level. 3) enhance the pertinence of professional training. 4) carry out the practical research of mental health education effectively. 5) change the traditional teaching method and implement the activity innovation strategy.
