高校教學(xué)信息化支撐環(huán)境及其優(yōu)化策略研究

【摘要】:隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)步與信息技術(shù)的普及,以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、計(jì)算機(jī)為代表的信息技術(shù)已經(jīng)滲透到人類生活和社會(huì)發(fā)展的方方面面。無論是人類的生活方式,還是學(xué)習(xí)方式都在發(fā)生著巨大的變化,人類社會(huì)步入信息時(shí)代。隨著信息技術(shù)在教育領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用,教學(xué)信息化已經(jīng)成為高校教育信息化的建設(shè)核心,其建設(shè)水平也已經(jīng)成為衡量一所高校整體教學(xué)質(zhì)量、綜合能力與素質(zhì)的重要指標(biāo)。經(jīng)過二十多年的發(fā)展,我國(guó)高校教學(xué)信息化在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、教學(xué)資源、人才培養(yǎng)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范等方面已經(jīng)取得一系列成果,但同時(shí)也存在著一系列問題。教學(xué)信息化支撐環(huán)境則是影響教學(xué)信息化發(fā)展的重要方面。對(duì)教學(xué)信息化支撐環(huán)境開展研究對(duì)構(gòu)建良好的信息化教學(xué)環(huán)境、優(yōu)化教學(xué)效果、培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才、實(shí)現(xiàn)教育現(xiàn)代化等方面具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。與此同時(shí),也將進(jìn)一步豐富高校教學(xué)信息化的理論研究,為其信息化環(huán)境建設(shè)提供一定的理論依據(jù)。本文將針對(duì)高校教學(xué)信息化支撐環(huán)境展開研究,構(gòu)建支撐環(huán)境模型,利用該模型了解高校教學(xué)信息化支撐環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)一步提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化策略建議。具體包括以下幾方面內(nèi)容:首先,本研究通過文獻(xiàn)研究法大量閱讀相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),從整體上把握高校教學(xué)信息化支撐環(huán)境的深刻內(nèi)涵。接著,通過文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量研究歸納、總結(jié)影響高校教學(xué)信息化支撐環(huán)境建設(shè)的核心要素,在此基礎(chǔ)之上構(gòu)建高校教學(xué)信息化支撐環(huán)境模型。該模型主要由基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、數(shù)字化教學(xué)資源、數(shù)字化教學(xué)系統(tǒng)、信息化教學(xué)人員、保障體系這五大核心要素組成;A(chǔ)設(shè)施為數(shù)字化教學(xué)資源與系統(tǒng)、信息化教學(xué)人員提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的硬件支持,只有建立起完善的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施環(huán)境才能發(fā)展教學(xué)信息化。數(shù)字化教學(xué)資源與系統(tǒng)則是建立在完備的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施環(huán)境之上的,在利用基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展自身的同時(shí),又反過來優(yōu)化了基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)。信息化教學(xué)人員是教學(xué)信息化的建設(shè)主體,教師和學(xué)生合理利用信息化環(huán)境高效的開展信息化教與學(xué)的活動(dòng),攜手推進(jìn)教學(xué)信息化進(jìn)程。保障體系決定基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)資源的建設(shè)規(guī)范與共享機(jī)制、信息化培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容與頻率、資金結(jié)構(gòu)等方面,從根本上保障教學(xué)信息化進(jìn)程。然后,選取華中某高校,基于支撐環(huán)境模型構(gòu)建其教學(xué)信息化支撐環(huán)境指標(biāo)體系并設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)問卷展開調(diào)研,分析、評(píng)估其教學(xué)信息化支撐環(huán)境的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn),該高校的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)水平較高,但設(shè)備維護(hù)和更新困難較大;媒體資源管理庫(kù)建設(shè)初具規(guī)模,但資源共享程度較低;數(shù)字化教學(xué)平臺(tái)發(fā)展迅速,但其資源質(zhì)量與數(shù)量難以滿足教學(xué)需求;信息化隊(duì)伍建設(shè)良好,但信息化專職人員短缺;信息化培訓(xùn)順利開展,但師生信息素養(yǎng)有待提高;多重網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全防護(hù)措施逐步建成,但相關(guān)人員安全意識(shí)不足;教學(xué)信息化建設(shè)經(jīng)費(fèi)投入逐步增長(zhǎng),但資金結(jié)構(gòu)比例失衡。最后,針對(duì)調(diào)研分析發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,以及當(dāng)前我國(guó)教育信息化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,以構(gòu)建良好的教學(xué)信息化環(huán)境為出發(fā)點(diǎn),提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化策略。如成立相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu),統(tǒng)一采購(gòu)、維護(hù)、監(jiān)管信息化設(shè)備;搭建統(tǒng)一應(yīng)用平臺(tái),提高資源共享程度;統(tǒng)一規(guī)范與標(biāo)準(zhǔn),整合數(shù)字化教學(xué)資源;教師與技術(shù)人員共同協(xié)作,提高教學(xué)資源質(zhì)量;健全信息化專業(yè)人才引進(jìn)、培養(yǎng)機(jī)制;營(yíng)造良好的信息化校園氛圍,提高師生信息化意識(shí);創(chuàng)新信息化培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容與形式,積極利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)平臺(tái);成立教師發(fā)展中心,為教師專業(yè)的發(fā)展提供支持與服務(wù);建立完善的評(píng)價(jià)、激勵(lì)機(jī)制,充分調(diào)動(dòng)教師積極性;加強(qiáng)全校師生信息安全教育與技能培訓(xùn);優(yōu)化資金結(jié)構(gòu),合理劃分經(jīng)費(fèi)用途。本研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于,以構(gòu)建良好的教學(xué)信息化環(huán)境為出發(fā)點(diǎn),建立了高校教學(xué)信息化支撐環(huán)境模型。但由于研究者能力有限,本研究在獲得了一定成果的同時(shí),也存在著一些不足之處。主要表現(xiàn)在高校教學(xué)信息化支撐環(huán)境模型有待進(jìn)一步完善與細(xì)化,例如模型涉及的影響因素不全面,各個(gè)要素之間的相互關(guān)系不是很完善;調(diào)研取樣有待進(jìn)一步挖掘與分析,例如對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析較為淺顯。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of information technology, progress and the era of Internet, computer as the representative of the information technology has penetrated into the human life and all aspects of social development. It is the human way of life, and learning methods are undergoing tremendous changes, human society step into the information era. With the extensive application of information technology in education in the field of teaching informatization has become the university education informationization construction core, its construction level has become a measure of a university teaching quality, an important indicator of comprehensive quality and ability. After more than 20 years of development, Chinese teaching in the higher education information infrastructure, resources, personnel training, a series of achievements has been made in standard specification etc., but there are also a series of problems. The teaching information support environment is an important aspect of teaching informationization development. Teaching of the letter The information supporting environment to carry out research on building a good teaching environment, optimize the effect of teaching and cultivating high-quality talents, is of great practical significance to realize education modernization. At the same time, theoretical research will further enrich the university teaching information, provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the informatization environment. This paper will support for higher education information research on environment, construction of supporting environment model, using the model to understand the higher education information support environment, further proposed the corresponding optimization strategy. The specific content includes the following aspects: first, this study through literature research literature, grasp the profound connotation of supporting environment of higher education information on the whole. Then, through a bibliometric study on induction, summary of the impact of higher education information construction to support the core environment On this basis, construction of university teaching information support environment model. The model is mainly composed of infrastructure, digital teaching resources, digital teaching system, teaching staff, security system composed of the five core elements. The infrastructure for digital teaching resources and system, provide a solid hardware support information teaching staff, only to establish a sound the environment to infrastructure development. Digital teaching resources and the teaching information system is established on the basis of the complete infrastructure facilities, infrastructure development in the use of their own at the same time, in turn, to optimize the construction of the infrastructure. The information teaching staff teaching informatization construction subject, teachers and students to carry out the rational use of high efficient information environment information teaching and learning activities, to promote the teaching process of information security system. The decision of infrastructure Construction content, construction standard of teaching resources and sharing mechanism, the content and frequency of information technology training, capital structure, guarantee the teaching information from the fundamental process. Then, select the Central University, analysis environment model and construction of its teaching information support environment index system and design related questionnaire investigation, based on the evaluation of its development status teaching information support environment. Through the analysis, the university infrastructure construction level is higher, but the equipment maintenance and updating difficult; media resource library building shape, but the low level of resource sharing; digital teaching platform is developing rapidly, but the quality and quantity of resources to meet the demand of the teaching information; good team building, but the shortage of information professionals; informatization training carried out smoothly, but teachers and students' information literacy needs to be improved; multiple network security protection measures. Shi gradually built, but the relevant personnel lack of safety awareness; teaching informatization construction funds is increasing gradually, but the capital structure imbalance. Finally, according to the investigation and analysis of the problems found, and the current situation of China's education informatization development, to build the information environment as the starting point of good teaching, and put forward the corresponding optimization strategy. The establishment of relevant institutions, unified procurement, maintenance, supervision of information technology equipment; build a unified application platform, improve the level of resource sharing; unified norms and standards, the integration of digital teaching resources; teachers and technicians work together, improve the quality of teaching resources; improve the informatization of professional talents, training mechanism; create a good atmosphere of campus informatization, improve teachers and students information consciousness; the content and form of information technology training and innovation, actively use the network teaching platform; the establishment of Teacher Development Center for professional development of teachers. For support and service; establish and improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers; teachers and students to strengthen information security education and skills training; to optimize the capital structure, the rational division of the use of the funds. The innovation of this study is to construct a good information environment, teaching as a starting point, the establishment of higher education information support environment model but due to the limited capacity, this research obtained certain result at the same time, there are also some shortcomings. Mainly in the higher education information support environment model needs further improvement and refinement, such as the factors affecting the model involved is not comprehensive, the relationship between the various elements is not perfect; research samples for further mining with the analysis, such as the statistics and analysis of data easier.
