【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展和信息技術(shù)的普及,教育理念和方法也不斷革新。我國教育順應(yīng)世界發(fā)展趨勢,不斷進(jìn)行以基礎(chǔ)課程改革為核心的教育改革,改革宗旨是堅(jiān)持以人為本推行素質(zhì)教育,重點(diǎn)要面向全體學(xué)生促進(jìn)其全面發(fā)展。 本文所涉及的“項(xiàng)目教學(xué)”是適應(yīng)基礎(chǔ)教育改革標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的一種新型的教學(xué)模式,該模式注重學(xué)習(xí)者綜合能力的培養(yǎng),其教育思想與我國教育改革目標(biāo)相吻合。全球開展項(xiàng)目教學(xué)的學(xué)校越來越多,我國也逐漸重視該教學(xué)模式的發(fā)展。 本課題對項(xiàng)目教學(xué)的理論、支持平臺和教學(xué)實(shí)踐進(jìn)行研究。筆者在分析國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對項(xiàng)目教學(xué)的理論進(jìn)行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國對項(xiàng)目教學(xué)的研究主要是對其內(nèi)涵、組成要素及其在學(xué)科中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究,對其支持環(huán)境和教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)及評價(jià)研究甚少,從而確定了本研究的方向;根據(jù)我國教育改革特點(diǎn),以及社會(huì)發(fā)展需要構(gòu)建出項(xiàng)目教學(xué)的目標(biāo)體系、過程模式和協(xié)作能力的培養(yǎng)模式,探討項(xiàng)目教學(xué)的評價(jià)過程;根據(jù)項(xiàng)目教學(xué)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)并結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理的思想,構(gòu)建出項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理平臺并將其投入試用;根據(jù)項(xiàng)目教學(xué)的過程模式并使用該平臺進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)、教學(xué)評價(jià)量表設(shè)計(jì)、教學(xué)實(shí)踐,并分析教學(xué)效果以及平臺的試用效果,最后總結(jié)實(shí)踐研究的效果和不足。 本研究的創(chuàng)新之處主要有:構(gòu)建新的、綜合性的項(xiàng)目教學(xué)目標(biāo)體系,強(qiáng)調(diào)“專業(yè)、項(xiàng)目管理、社會(huì)適應(yīng)性”三位一體的綜合能力素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo);構(gòu)建項(xiàng)目教學(xué)過程中學(xué)習(xí)者協(xié)作能力的培養(yǎng)模式;將項(xiàng)目管理的思想融入教育中,開發(fā)出基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理平臺;根據(jù)基于該平臺的教學(xué)實(shí)踐,制定出項(xiàng)目教學(xué)各環(huán)節(jié)的評價(jià)指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the popularization of information technology, educational ideas and methods have been innovated. The aim of the reform is to carry out quality-oriented education based on people-oriented, and to promote its overall development for all students. The "project teaching" mentioned in this paper is a new teaching model which adapts to the reform standard of basic education, which emphasizes the cultivation of learners' comprehensive ability. More and more schools are carrying out project teaching in the world, and our country is paying more and more attention to the development of the teaching mode. Based on the analysis of the literature at home and abroad, the author studies the theory of project teaching, and finds that the research of project teaching in our country is mainly about its connotation. The component elements and their application in the discipline are studied, and the research on the supporting environment and teaching design and evaluation is very few, which determines the direction of this study. And the social development needs to construct the project teaching target system, the process model and the cooperation ability training model, discusses the project teaching appraisal process, according to the project teaching training goal and the combination project management thought, The project practice teaching management platform is constructed and put into trial. According to the process mode of project teaching and using the platform, the project teaching design, teaching evaluation scale design and teaching practice are carried out. The teaching effect and the trial effect of the platform are analyzed. Finally, the effect and deficiency of the practical research are summarized. The innovations of this study are as follows: constructing a new, comprehensive project teaching target system, emphasizing the training goal of "specialty, project management, social adaptability"; In the process of project teaching, the model of learner's cooperation ability is established, and the project management thought is integrated into education, and a web-based project practice teaching management platform is developed, according to the teaching practice based on this platform, The evaluation index of each link of project teaching is worked out.
